Special Containment Procedures: Item SCP-5442 is to be contained in a 4 m x 4 m x 4 m steel cube within a standard containment chamber. The steel cube is to be routinely checked every 2 weeks for signs of decaying or rusting. When personnel must enter SCP-5442's containment, no more than 3 may enter at a time and the door is to be closed behind them.
Description: SCP-5442 is a humanoid entity who, at first glance, appears to be an American WW2 soldier but after close inspection has shown that SCP-5442's skin is jagged and grey as well as completely devoid of pigmentation and lacking any hair. SCP-5442 is always observed to be holding an M1 Carbine. The M1 Carbine itself does not possess any anomalous properties and has never been seen used by SCP-5442.
SCP-5442 is capable of speaking English. While SCP-5442 is generally cordial with Foundation staff and will tend to engage in conversations with most people in his presence, SCP-5442 can become incredibly hostile if provoked or the topic of what he has labeled as the Imminent is brought up or even mentioned. However, SCP-5442 is incredibly deceptive and will tend to slowly manipulate the conversation into talking about the Imminent despite personnel not even knowing of what the Imminent is. Because of this, personnel need to be mentally aware when talking to SCP-5442 of his capabilities to manipulate people.
In every conversation with SCP-5442, he has always referred to himself as Macoly and usually gets irritated when referred to by a different name. He has also, on many occasions, admitted to finding joy in other's pain. When asked to recall memories of WW2, SCP-5442 will usually manipulate the conversation or in some cases attempt to kill the personnel questioning him. Though SCP-5442 is normally cooperative, when SCP-5442 is enraged he will proceed to breach containment, walking through its containment, kill its target and proceed to go on a murdering spree. SCP-5442's methods of killing are usually decapitation or other brutal methods.
SCP-5442 is incredibly hostile during the time he is breached and will kill anyone he sees as long as he remains enraged, making him excruciatingly difficult to recontain. When SCP-5442 has breach containment, as many emitters of light as possible are turned off, preventing SCP-5442 from seeing anyone else to kill. Once SCP-5442 has finally exited his state of rage, Mobile Task Force are to approach SCP-5442 carefully and escort SCP-5442 back to his containment. After exiting his state of rage, SCP-5442 will usually be escorted back to his containment quietly and in some cases even returned to containment on his own.
