SCP 5001 is a humanoid entity that takes the shape apperence voice and memories of the person that it copies.its abilities are triggered with SCP 5001 and the subject making 30 second long eye contact or by physically touching SCO 5001 or by touching something SCP 5001 is already touching
The best way to stop this from happening is by wearing something that covers at least 40% of your face
the best way to stop a scenario where people cannot tell which is which is to have both terminated

Every single time SCP 5001 is terminated it automatically re-manifests in its chamber again waiting for something to happen
