SCP-6106-A and SCP-6106-B are both to be contained in a standard containment chamber at all times. Video and audio software are to be fully functioning at all times.

Any personnel who must enter SCP-6106's containment chamber must have level 3 authorization, and wearing or interacting with the objects is strictly prohibited.

SCP-6106-A is to be contained in a standard containment chamber. Personnel under the authorization of level 3 clearance are prohibited from entering SCP-6106-A's containment chamber.

SCP-6106-B has been neutralized. SCP-6106-A is currently in a non-anomalous state. Interacting or wearing the object is currently unrestricted and poses no harm.

Description: SCP-6106-A appears to be a metal neckless, approximately 16 inches in height. If an individual interacts or wears the object, they will receive mental damage.

Addendum: SCP-6106 was first discovered in [DATA EXPUNGED] after [REDACTED]. It was then transported to Site-19 via [DATA REDACTED].
