Special Containment Procedures: SCP- is to be kept in a locked storage contain with three separate coded locks at all times unless it is required by level 3 or above staff with at least 1 level 4 clearance.
Description SCP- is a small black soft paper back diary containing 300 pages. Each page is, upon first inspection, blank. The pages which show age only though slight yellowing have no crinkles or marks which is remarkable give the objects age. Refer to test report 1. The black leather which is used to enclose the diary also so little sign of damage other than a small burn mark which was the result of incident SCP- -A.
Test Report 1;"The Book"s propriety's where discovered on the ██-██-19██ when an unnamed researcher miss took it for him private journal. Upon finishing his research notes in the empty pages a signal phrase was written underneath in a red ink identified as coagulated blood of an unknown source.
Test Report 2:Dr ████ sits across the small table to SCP- which is in the hands of a d-class personal.
Dr ████ :"what are you"
the d-class writes the statement down in the book and reads out the red writing which appears on the line below it.
D-class-5698: "The Book of knowledge"
Dr ████ : "What do you mean by "The book of knowledge""
D-class-5698: " Simple really I know the answers to most of the questions you can ask me. I've seen all there is to see and I know more then this little Foundation of yours"
Dr ████ : "How do you know about the foundation"
D-class-5698: "I've been here before of course i was guest then allowed to wonder the hall and collect all the knowledge you had to offer.
Dr ████ :"How old are you"
D-class-5698: "Well I was their when the Greek were sheading their blood over foreign soil"
Dr ████ : "So your Greek"
D-class-5698:" I didn't say that"
The D-class then proceeds to faint at the table and SCP- drops to the floor. D-class is then taken to the infirmary where he is declared dead
Autopsy Report of D-class: The cause of death seems to be dramatic blood loss where only half a litre of blood was found to be present. Though parts of major organs where also found to be missing.
SCP- seems to be using the blood of the writers to respond what it is taking the major organs for is unknown purposes.
Test Report 3 Dr ████ sits across the room from the D-class 7854.
Dr ████ : "What are you collecting the body parts for"
D-class-7854: "The event"
Dr ████ :"What is this "event""
D-class-7854-"When blood shall curse these walls and a disease shall claim the land once more"
Dr ████ "When is this "reclaiming of the land" going to happen"
D-class-7854: "Soon enough"
Dr ████ :"How can we stop it"
D-class-7854:"I would tell you but it seems are time is up"
The D-class then proceeds to collapse to the floor the on site medic dealers him dead at the scene.
It should be noted the the decay of D-class-7854 can be see from the exterior as the skin and muscle decay. Though no bacteria or other microorganisms associated with decay could be found around the wounds.
Incident SCP- -A Dr ████ presents SCP- to D-class-2589 who has be briefed on its effects and told to discontinue use if any effects can be felt.
Dr ████ : "Continuing whit are last conversation, how do we prevent "the event" as you call it"
D-class-2589:" There is no way to stop it"
Dr ████ :"If not then how can we prepare for it"
D-class-2589:"Their is no way to prepare for it as the time is now"
D-class-2589 can be seen grinning widely at Dr ████ as he begins to scribble wildly in SCP- reddish black ink spilling from his faces cavities. armed guards move in and shoot him dead yet the hand still scribbles wildly. SCP- begins to excrete the same reddish black liquid out onto the table engulfing D-class-2589 and spreading across the room engulfing all staff present. Video recordings recovered show the mass forming into a humanoid figure though other bodies can can be seen surfacing. The mass begins to wander the facility spreading the liquid through. Upon seeing this the sites onsite nuclear war head is activated causing massive facility wide casualties and destroying the mass reducing SCP- to nothing but its book state with the exception of the burn mark now present. The resulting earthquake aftershocks where covered up as tectonic movements. Resulting in the Nepal earthquake in 2016.
Object reclassified from Safe to Euclid.
No further testing with the object is permitted due to possibility of an XK world ending scenario.
