SCP-441 “The Army Men”
Desc:
SCP-441 is a generic Green Plastic Army Man, usually found in stores or households. 441 is carrying an M16 Rifle while holding it like a bayonet. It is in extremely good condition despite being constructed in 1966. Further analysis did not find any difference between SCP-441, and a generic plastic Army Men of that time.
Background:
SCP-441 was originally a decoration that sat on Dr. Cambridge’s desk and was a souvenir he got from America in 1983. During the heavy Containment Breach of Site-09, SCP-441 was exposed to SCP-173’s multiplication habits during the breach. As Site-09 was contained by MTF Unit-Epsilon 11 “Nine-Tailed Fox”, SCP-441 was taken by Dr.Cambridge and it remained on his desk. On May 28th SCP-441 began to multiply, by 2, by 4, by 8, by 16. SCP-441 was instantly placed in a Class: Safe containment chamber and was immediately to be termed as an SCP. Researcher Dr.Cambridge was dubbed to be the head of researching SCP-441.
Containment Breaches Performed by SCP-441:
SCP-441 had 2 containment breaches, both with varying results. On the first containment breach, Site-09 was flooded. SCP-441’s chamber locks weren’t secure enough and SCP-441 fell out. SCP-441 immediately began to multiply at an unprecedented rate, from 2’s to 4’s to 8’s to 16’s to 32’s. By the time foundation personnel saw the increased amount of SCP-441-Infinities the weight was too heavy. The entire light containment zone of Site-09 was flooded, causing 4 deaths. The deaths were mostly Scientific Personnel. By the end of the day, about 9,562,185,281 Green Plastic Army Men were in the light containment zone. MTF Unit-Beta 7 “Maz Hatters” was sent in to burn all the Army Men. It took at least a month and 30 units in order to burn all the army men. SCP-441 was then labeled Euclid.
The second containment breach performed by SCP-441 was in Site-19
SCP-441 was placed in a containment box with large blast doors so if SCP-441 was to multiply it could not leave the confines of the box. SCP-441 immediately began adapting to the situation and multiple small fire teams of SCP-441-infinities would perform a number of tasks to escape. There were 5 fire teams, Bayonets to jimmy open the vents, Spotters to keep watch for foundation personnel, Pathfinders to search through the vents, Commanders to lead the escape, and Paratroopers to escape. The escape attempt failed, as the vents filled with hot gases melting each soldier leaving only 2 alive.
Containment Procedures:
SCP-441 is to be kept in an airtight containment box with vents that spewed out hot air if SCP-441 attempted to escape. If SCP-441 was to escape MTF Unit-Beta 7 “Maz Hatters” were to send at least 8 men to prepare to burn the SCP-441-Infinites.
Addition Information:
SCP-441-Infinites is dubbed as it due to the high amounts of clones it creates. SCP-441 is not held in its original site and hasn’t breached containment since 1999AD it is on its way to being dubbed a Safe SCP.
