Object Class: EuclidSCP-5695 outside of containment.
Special Containment Procedures: SCP-5694 is to be kept in a closed white iPhone case which is to be put on top of a 10" pedestal. If the case is to be opened, all cameras inside the cell must be shut off immediately while a Class-D watches while wearing SCP-714 and documents the test.
Description: SCP-5694 is a Class-4 electrical object with the appearance of a Red Color iPhone X (10)
Upon viewing, the viewer will turn to their head to the screen slowly and pick up the phone. In the attempt of unlocking the phone, the user will try 3 times, then get it right1. The user will begin to shake lightly while opening the app store. They will type in the search bar, 'They are coming' while shaking even more. The user will then search the keyword and download the app, 'BLADE 2.0'. The user will open the app and begin to shake very violently, while the user's hand starts to cut and begin to pour out a mixture of blood and █████. The phone screen will begin to crack while the user starts to lose a hand. The phone will then put blades outside of the edge and begin to spin the blades in a circular motion. The phone will then cut the user's arm off while they fall on the ground. The phone will kill the user and then completely regenerate and delete all memory.

Foreword: A questioning about any memory of any contents on SCP-5694.

Dr. ███: Now, D-8674, you tested SCP-5695 and escaped the grasp of viewing, yes?
D-8674: Yes, that is correct.
Dr. ███: Now, the phone was locked, correct?
D-8674: Yes. It was locked.
Dr. ███: Do you remember the passcode?
D-8674: No… I don't even remember what I tried… I think the passcode may have been… 8054?
Dr. ███ pulls out the phone while wearing SCP-714 and enters the numbers, '8054' into the lock screen, the code is incorrect
D-8674: I.. don't… I cant…
<End Log>Closing Statement: D-8674 was found dead in his cell, with a note beside him saying, 'I can't do this anymore… It's too much…'
Addendum: Any persons asked the passcode or any contents of SCP-5694 will say an incorrect password, then kill themselves. The user kills themselves without any type of tool or weapon, nor rope, and is found on the ground with no blood of any kind near except for a note saying that they 'give up'.
The app store has been searched for the app, 'Blade 2.0' but no versions or apps with the same name exist. The search result 'they are coming' also comes up with no results. It is unknown how the app got on the phone in the first place, nor how the screen pulled out blades and cracked. It is also unknown who is 'coming' as said in search results. Questions have been asked but questions about who 'they' are will always be met with confusion.
