The ticklish cup

Scp-XXXX. Containment procedures, place in a room on a table with one other tea cup at the opposing end of the table. Two chairs placed neatly under the table where the cups reside. Stuffed animals and toys placed haphazardly on the floor, not required but is strongly suggested for the Scp's comfort. The opposing cup must be placed on a small plate with a teaspoon sat beside the cup on the plate. The Scp should be drank out of at least once every three days, the drink can only be chamomile tea as no other tea can form inside this Scp. Before every sip of tea the spoon must be stirred three times in a clockwise motion followed by sticking the pinky out on the hand that is holding the scp.
Scp description, the Scp appears to be a small child's cup used for holding tea during imaginative playing. The Scp is accompanied by a small plate and stirring teaspoon. The entirety of the Scp is covered in grey fur as well are the plate and spoon. If the scp is touched or drank out of it will quiver in light chuckles akin to a small child's. It was found in a heavily wooded area by a rather large, hand made doll house with the sign printed "Free" on the doll house.
Observations, this scp preferences are to small children aged 3 to 12 but it can be drank out of by anyone no matter the age. A scp foundation member was sent into the room to drink from the cup and did not stir the chamomile tea with the spoon and fell into a fit of laughter that couldnt be stopped without the aid of sedation. After this mostly harmless incident the cup went untouched for a week. During this week when unobserved the toys in the room moved to sit in the corner with crossed arms. Along with this anomaly any psychics in the same wing of the scp became mildly depressed.
The preferences of the scp became known when an anomalous child, female aged 10, was granted access through persuasion of the gaurd and assigned observers. As the scp was not malicious up to this point, a test was made with the girl. Without being told how to drink from the scp the girl knew how to properly drink from the cup, after the tea was finished she was allowed to play with the toys allocated in the room. After exiting the containment room of Scp-xxxx the girl was asked a set of questions that later became the base model to observe the scp. The questions are as followed.
1] How did you know how to drink from the fury cup?
2] What did the tea taste like?
3] What did the cup do as you drank from it?
4] Did the toys do anything while you where in the room?
5] Did you have fun?
Five simple questions that could be answered by small children were created as the test subjects couldn't answer overly detailed questions.
The child answered as followed. The cup told her to have a proper tea time and explained how to drink out of the Scp for "any other way isn't fun". The tea tasted sweet, fuzzy,
and warm. It was later explained that it tasted familiar and like she was at home. The scp laughed and giggled as if being tickled during every sip of tea. The toys said they wanted to be played with and to play pretend. The answer to the last question was an astounding yes.
In footage of the room during this test there was no sound other than the girl talking to herself and the roaring laughter of the child. It seems the scp is able to talk to children under a certain age that was found out in later tests. In tests using the same subjects the toys began to move their arms to be picked up and played with but no sound other than the subjects could be heard. It is also noted that when the same subject was used the toys would remember their name and be happy to see them again. This happened with both boys and girls.
One observer noted that none of the subjects had touched the other tea cup and wanted to test for variables. The next test the familiar subject to the scp was told to sit in the other chair and drink from that cup. As instructed the subject drank from the other cup. After playing the child left the room and was asked the same questions
