Special Containment Procedures: SCP-3631 is to contained in a 7 square meter bio-dome At site-██. The bio-dome should be supplied with healthy vegetation for consumption. If at any time sustenance is not available SCP-3631 is to be tranquilized until it is available. SCP-3631's bio-dome should be under heavily surveillance during solar hours, and minimal surveillance during lunar hours.

SCP-3631's containment should be regularly checked for damage, if bio-dome is damaged SCP-3631 is to be tranquilized until repaired. If SCP-3631 breaches containment, all nearby personnel are to wear sound cancelling headphones or earmuffs until contained.

Description: SCP-3631's appearance is similar to Corvus ruficollis, more commonly known as the brown-necked raven. SCP-3631 has no digestive track, but still must consume sustenance. SCP-3631 acts similar to a crow during solar hours but, it has unusual strength that could cause damage to it's containment, however at lunar hours it turns to a statue like form. It is unknown why this happens, further research is being conducted.

SCP-3631 gives off an extremely high frequency that causes severe harm to the eardrums of those who hear it, but in most cases it results in the deafening of the listener. SCP-3631 however only gives off this frequency when is not supplied with sustenance, so this occurrence is quite rare. SCP-3631's frequency has a different encryption depending on its diet, however the most unusual translation is a single word, Nevermore.
