SCP-XXXX

Item #: SCP-XXXX

Object Class:Euclid Keter

Special Containment Procedures: SCP-XXXX is to be held in a body of water no matter what depth or size. A living creature must be in contact with the water every 2 hours to prevent a relocation event. If SCP-XXXX were to relocate MTF must close off the surrounding area and any casualties must be reported as an accidental death.

Description: SCP-XXXX is a yellow caution wet floor sign that stands 26 in. SCP-XXXX will only stand either in water or on a wet surface. If not given a victim every two hours, SCP-XXXX will relocate with unknown means to another source of water.1 If any living creatures touch the water that SCP-XXXX is on they will slip and break their back or neck depending on the surface and objects around them. And if a creature is at least partially submerged in the liquid SCP-XXXX is on the creature will drown due to unknown means.2

Addendum-SCP-XXXX-A1: SCP-XXXX relocated to a lake at Camp [REDACTED]. The incident resulted in a total of 12 deaths of the campers and 14 of the Camp's staff. SCP-XXXX was then reclassified from Euclid to Keter.

<Begin Log>

Agent: Good afternoon Mrs.██████

Mrs.██████: Good afternoon, may I ask who are you.

Agent: That is not important right now. I was sent here by the district due to the numerous amounts of fatal injures in this school.
Mrs.██████: Oh is that what this is about. The students keep slipping on the wet floor.
Agent: The wet floor?
Mrs.██████: Yes, I'll show you. Follow me
Mrs.██████: For some reason they keep slipping on that puddle.
Agent: Is there any reason.
Mrs.██████: I do not know to watch it is probably just due to them running on to it. See look.3

Closing Statement: With the dangers of SCP-XXXX the containment to prevent a relocation event is a priority due to it breaking the secrecy of the foundation. Plus, with the amount of D-Class used to keep SCP-XXXX under containment is highly difficult even with the number of deaths already.
