Special Containment Procedures: There is no known way to contain SCP 5584-A or -B, but there is a way to prevent SCP-5584. It is required that the foundation host a emergency broadcast system weekly and list list off Halo facts. One citizens mermorize halo facts, they keep SCP-5584-A content. On the Emergency broadcast system, it will list 15 Halo facts each citizen must memorize. The facts are:

The forerunners built the halo rings around 98,000 bc

The human covenant war started 2525

Master Chief was a spartan 2

The battle of Reach lasted from July to August 2552 with a Covenant victory

Alpha halo was the first halo ring found by humans and this took place right after Reach fell

Master Chief destroys alpha halo

After the destruction of Alpha Halo, the high prophets punish Supreme Commander Thel Vadam for failing to protect halo and was punished

The prophet of regret found Earth and invaded it but was stopped by the badassness of Chief and Cortana

The prophet of regret then traveled to delta halo where he was punched to death by Chief

Thel Vadam became the arbiter and was sent to kill a hereto leader who had peat the truth about the great journey

After the arbiter killed the heretic leader he was sent to find the sacred icon, the key to activate halo

But when he found it the brutes betrayed him and the elites and the covenant civil war began

Master Chief was sent to high charity to capture the sacred icon after the prophets got their hands on it and chased the prophets from the council chamber to the mosoleum of the arbiter

The prophets were able to escape but Chief followed them to a forerunner ship in the center of the covenant holy city

The brute chieftain Tartarus was sent by the prophets with the icon and was to activate halo but was killed by the arbiter and the arbiter and the elites joined forced with the humans

Description: SCP-5584 is a phenomenon that takes place when a completely random person is home alone from the times of 2:45 PM to 5:00 PM.
When subject is alone, SCP-5584-A will manifest before the subject. SCP-5584-A is a young teen boy with brown hair, 5’6, and is suspected to be 12-15. He will then confront the subject and always say “Hello l am Max and l like Halo. What is your favorite Halo?” One of two things will follow, 1, the subject will converse in conversation with SCP-5584-A about Halo, or 2, subject will state that he/she does not like Halo. SCP-5584 will become frustrated but will still try to talk about Halo. Once the subject CLEARLY states that he/she does not like Halo, SCP-5584-A will state “I do not get your jokes anymore.” And then phase through the nearest wall. After 3-5 minutes, subject will report hearing quiet drumming somewhere far away, it is not known who or what makes the drumbing sound. Then, a door, drawer, or floorboard will suddenly open and SCP-5584-B will emerge. SCP-5584-B seems to be a shadowy man 7ft tall and has 4 arms. It will then charge at subject and then will [REDACTED].

Addendum: SCP-5584 was previously designated “Safe” class until the discovery of SCP-5584-B, then it was designed “Euclid.”
