SPECIAL CONTAINMENT PROCEDURES
SCP 0101 is to be contained in a 10m x 10m x 10m cell at SITE [Redacted] and you have to be quiet when leaving or have a Doctor / Scientist to retrieve you back, otherwise SCP 0101 will follow you. And under any circumstances it isn't allowed to leave the cell

DESCRIPTION:
SCP 0101: The 4 headed Silencer . SCP 0101 is a Humanoid Structure, and it has 4 heads, and was brought to the site in 1999 and is a Euclid Keter class SCP and is approximately 2 Meters tall. SCP 0101 will tape your mouth shut if you're too loud and it has a 59% of suffocating someone. The first thing SCP 0101 does is monitor the Class Ds actions, if they talk too much SCP 0101 will start to cry incoherently and if they talk more it proceed to run at the Class Ds and tape the Class Ds mouths shut with some sort of Super Duct tape. Personnel with a Clearance of 3 or higher are allowed to enter the Containment cell. Only 2 Class D are allowed to enter it's containment cell at a time.

Due to the Incident on the ##th of #### leading to the suffocation of 2 Class Ds in ##/#/#### . It was classified as Euclid. And no more than 2 Class D are allowed to enter it's containment cell at a time.

D- 2973. That SCP is crazy! It just started crying incoherently, then it screamed and then all of our mouths were shut with some sort of Super duct tape. And it felt like swamp water. And the-
Dr.#### Puts up his hand up to silence him. I think I've heard enough about SCP 0101.
