Special containment procedures SCP-XXXX Must be monitored on a weekly basis daily basis for 12 hours. All social interactions should be avoided. The entity must be stored in a cell with iron enforced concrete walls and under no circumstances should staff or faculty enter its cell. It requires monthly visits from SCP-999 to prevent the containment’s will to escape. If these visits are not possible due to unwanted circumstances, the entity must be monitored 24hours a day up until the next visit, to prevent a possible containment breach. If a containment breach were to occur, it must be knocked unconscious by gelatine bullets. At no point in time shall personnel of any class open fire on the entity or they will face severe consequences. If one was to enter it’s cell they should proceed with extreme caution as not to upset it. On a fortnightly basis SCP-XXXX must be knocked unconscious by grade 7 sleeping gas. Once unconscious the subject must have current stitches removed and replaced with a new set. A Level-3 level 6 keycard clearance is required for containment zone entry, for cell entry a Level-5 Level-8 clearance card is required.
Description SCP-XXXX is a humanoid entity of unknown origins. It was found and contained on 17/8/20◼️◼️. SCP-XXXX is described to be tall, skinny and sociopathic much to the resemblance of a class D personnel. The entity is sentient and shows anger towards janitorial staff and in interviews. SCP-XXXX has retractable claws 12.5cm in length being the highest cause of a containment breach or death due to its capability to penetrate. Granite, steel and concrete. Through further testing with class D personnel, SCP-XXXX has been known to cause strong anxiety symptoms and panic attacks when staring directly at a victim. There is a duration of 6-9 seconds before symptoms start to occur. The entity has been known to shoot an unknown mucous like substance from its mouth opening up much like a Venus fly trap, which will cause the victim to become SCP-XXXX-01. Incidents include: infecting a class◼️ personnel performing the stitching process, amputation of Dr ◼️◼️◼️◼️◼️◼️◼️◼️◼️’s arm during an interview, extracting a janitors intestines because they “ignored him”, and caused a suicide of a class D personnel during test 014.
SCP-XXXX A XXXX-01 is the by-product of SCP-XXXX’s mucus substance coming into contact with human skin. The victim will become terminally dehydrated, before their eyes melt out of their sockets and their jaw collapses and melts away with their chin. Their finger bones will extend out into non-retractable claws. These class E personnel still act friendly towards their friends and fellow co-workers. which shows that they are still sentient and that their memories are still in tact. Whenever they hear human voices they grow more agitated as the voices continue, before lashing out and killing who ever spoke, including people they remember. They are not to come into further contact with SCP-XXXX for it is able to command them. Only three have existed, with ◼️ alive as of 11/3/20◼️◼️.
Addendum 21/1/20◼️◼️: Another humanoid of the same species as SCP-XXXX has been found two blocks away from the location where we originally found It. Further research must be conducted until we can fully clarify the resemblance between the two entities.
