Special Containment Procedures: SCP-#### is to be kept in a building resembling that of a SCP Facility, Provided with everything a normal facility would have, including staff, security, D-class and other SCPs. In case of a containment breach of SCP-#### Security is to activate the metal wristband that resembles a handcuff it wears around its wrist, this metal wristband will sedate it, SCP-#### is to be formally addressed to as "Dr.Cross".
Description: SCP-#### appears to be a skinny 27 year old Male of Slavic descent with blue eyes, 2 meters in height and 58.962 Kilograms in Weight. Subject has short Blond hair with Blue accents, Upon sight of something it hates, the subjects left eye emits blue and yellow flame, scientists note that the flame is not hot to the touch and it actually seems to be cold, the Scientists believe it is so that when the flame appears it does not harm SCP-####. Subject is seen wearing a D-Class uniform that has some of the letters covered up so that is says "ass", Scientists do not know why it chooses to do that
SCP-#### seemingly has the ability to create anything out of thin air, this was first discovered in Site 11 when D-4500 made two decks of cards from the popular trading card game "Yu-Gi-Oh" appear, and then proceeded to ask a security guard to "play" the game with it. noticeably after the Guard lost the game they passed out, SCP-####'s explanation for this was that the guard was "sent to the shadow relm" upon further inspection the guard was actually dead
Origin: SCP-#### was first recovered from a prison after it reportedly kept trying to escape using a metal nail file, at the time it was thought that it just snuck them in by shoving them deep into his asshole, this was the first record of it's ability's, Upon Questioning in an interview by Dr. Shmect about where it comes from, SCP-#### said this
SCP-####:"Where the fuck do you think I come from, England?"
Dr. Shmect:"No we think you came from one of the Slavic Countries'"
SCP-####:"well you're dam right I do, but not the ones from this universe"
Dr. Shmect:"Elaborate"
SCP-####:"I said, Not the ones from this universe"
Dr. Shmect:"Yes I heard what you said, but what do you mean by that?"
SCP-####:"What I mean is, I don't come from this universe, in my universe, everything went to shit and somehow I got some neat abilities, so I came here because this universe seemed pretty chill"
Dr. Shmect:"What do you mean by 'Chill'?"
SCP-####:"I mean that this universe isn't as fucked up as mine"
this is followed by 1 minute of silence
SCP-####:"I mean I did get caught by the Police but that was just so I could get you guy's attention, because I needed a place to stay while I was here"
Dr. Shmect:"So, you intentionally came to us?"
SCP-####:"Yeah, you guy's were nicer in my universe and showed off the other SCP, like a zoo, I remember that SCP-173 was a pretty popular attraction, until someone broke all the glass on the containment cells, …"
Dr, Shmect:"is that what made your universe 'go to shit'?"
SCP-####:"… yeah"
Dr. Shmect:"I see"
SCP-####:"hey, in my universe they were going to make a Site where [DATA EXPUNGED],Wisconsin is currently, and since you are going to have to contain me somewhere, can I have a site where I can be under there"
Dr. Shmect:"we will see about that"
Its site has been granted to it and has Promptly been named Site C33S3, when ask why it named it this it replied
" because I wanted to name it Site Cheese but that doesn't sound science-y enough"
the site has been officially named: Site 333, and it will hold mostly things that SCP-#### creates and things that SCP-#### replicates

test 1
Objective: to test was to see what SCP-#### could create.
Result: SCP-#### was asked to create a form of light bullet-proof metal. SCP-#### created something similar to Iron but was completely indestructible
note: the metal could not be damaged by any means, but it was also extremely flexible, this new metal shall not be released to the public but will be studied so that it can be later mass produced for the purpose of making better gear for security
test 2
Objective: to test on weather or not SCP-#### could create living beings.
Result: SCP-#### was asked to create a cat. SCP-#### created SCP-####-A it appeared to resemble a cat that was from one of those Crying cat memes, SCP-####-A doesn't need to eat or sleep and is constantly crying, SCP####-A is to be allowed to roam the Facility and is used to calm down stressed workers
note: SCP-####-A is very helpful to personnel when dealing with other cases of SCP-####
test 3
Objective: to see if SCP-#### can create a living being that doesn't exist yet.
Result: SCP-#### was asked to Create what ever you wanted but it has to be living. SCP-#### then turned to the Personnel watching and said, "Remember when SCP-914 and Dr. Sheath played Uno and then SCP-#### played Exodia? well you might wanna be careful!" and then promptly summoned chains and a gold and purple pentagram, the chains pulled each limb out of the pentagram and kept them from moving, then the head of "Exodia" peaked out of the pentagram and then the rest of the body came out,the pentagram then closed and there was a chained up beast that resembled Exodia from the popular trading card game "Yu-Gi-Oh", the beast then was marked down as SCP-####-B
note: SCP-####-B has been recorded to be able to do everything the "Exodia" character can do from the show it has been noted that SCP-#### has a silly nature and likes to pull aspects from popular media, it has been theorized that the Blue and Yellow Flame is a result of the popular game "Undertale" and has been pulled from the Character "Sans" when asked about this SCP-#### just says "I like the Character and I like the games and there is no other reason"

Objective: to see if SCP-#### can create other SCPs
Result: SCP-#### was asked to create another SCP. SCP-#### then said "well OK then" and Proceeded to re-created SCP-173, and then re-created SCP-131, the eye pods, it then commanded the replica of SCP-131 to escort SCP-173 to its cell, the SCP-131 replica lead the replica of SCP-173 to a replica of its cell,
note: we will not be letting SCP-#### create anything else
Addendum: SCP-#### will be forced to wright this report as we do not feel like it, if SCP-#### doesn't make it properly it will be fixed later, SCP-#### will possibly be forced to wright more reports on other SCPs
