Special Containment Procedures: The area surrounding SCP-XXXX is to be set up as Provisional Site-513. SCP-XXXX's area of effect is to be fenced off and patrolled by armed guards, under the guise of military operations. Dummy buildings are to be constructed inside the fenced off area and maintained bi-weekly. Routine checks are to be done via drone to ensure that no SCP-XXXX-B instances are inside the area. Animals approaching the perimeter are to be shot on sight and killed. SCP-XXXX-B instances are to be terminated and their corpses removed via the on-site incinerator.
Particularly interesting or peculiar instances of SCP-XXXX-B may be kept in the on-site cooler room under the discretion of the SCP-XXXX containment team lead researcher.1 Civilians approaching the perimeter should be warned, and if necessary, detained. If civilians see SCP-XXXX-B instances, they should be detained and amnestied. All of the personnel on the SCP-XXXX containment team should consume a majority meat-based diet. Under no circumstances should vegetarian or vegan personnel be assigned to the team.
SCP-XXXX-1 is to be kept in Secure Item Locker 11 at Provisional Site-513.
Description: SCP-XXXX is a phenomena covering a (ever expanding) area of land in █████, USA, currently measuring 6km2. SCP-XXXX's anomalous properties activate when a organism from the kingdom Anamalia enters its area of effect. The organism goes through a multitude of physical and behavioural changes and is to be designated an SCP-XXXX-B instance. SCP-XXXX-B instances will grow more muscle mass, the ability to regrow teeth, increase growth of claws or finger nails and will become highly aggressive and territorial. SCP-XXXX-B instances will not leave the area SCP-XXXX affects after the changes begin.
It has been observed that the more SCP-XXXX-B instances effected increases the area SCP-XXXX affects, at a average rate of 40m2 per instance. Said increases are irreversible, even after the SCP-XXXX-B instances death. SCP-XXXX-1 is a meteorite, and testing indicates it is made of non-anomalous material. SCP-XXXX-1 was originally believed to be causing SCP-XXXX, and whle they are directly linked, removal of SCP-XXXX-1 did not stop SCP-XXXX effects. SCP-XXXX-1's only anomalous property is that SCP-XXXX-B instances grow more rapidly and are more violent depending on the proximity to SCP-XXX-1.
