Special Containment Procedures:

SCP-5100 has to be contained in Site-19 with the cell wall made of reinforced concrete with a size of 10m x 10m x 10m and in case of an emergency breach of containment, agents with the nearest Class 2 Time Counter Measurement Device (ETCMD) as a means of re-establishing containment, with CCTV and one-way mirrors as a form of observation, CCTV is to be monitored at all times. If SCP-5100 found a way to avoid the ETCMD mobile task force Zygarde-5 hunt down and suppress the subject until containment is re-established

Description:

SCP-5100 is a humanoid with asian facial features wearing clothing consistent with 19th century Europe maid uniform to a high class home residence. Vigorous testing with SCP-5100 shows that subject can be able to materialize knives from 2 orbs (called SCP-5100-1 and SCP-5100-2) and is able to “freeze” time at will and has variable physical features at random intervals, but 3 things are always consistent with these physical changes: the asain facial features, the maid clothing (though it will change accordingly to the gender and body proportions of the subject) and its primary and secondary abilities. It can change gender, body proportions, voice and much more at will but however when left alone it will have random physical changes at completely random intervals. When in danger SCP-5100 will manipulate time to “freeze” time around the subject and the threat itself (see test log 5100-T-2) while time is “frozen” SCP-5100 will throw knives with extreme speed and strength as proven after the “time freeze” with knifes being into the threat afterwards. Subject claims to be named いざよいさくや which translates to Sakuya Izayoi but after some searching in the world database there was no person with the name. SCP-5100 also has a secondary ability which activates by the subject saying [REDACTED] or called OverDrive. Which raises the subject’s physical ability to a factor of [REDACTED] to 8 times (See Test log SCP-5100-T-OD). Subject says that there is a way to to measure the physical, mental and “magical” abilities by a device given by SCP-5100 which shows numbers above a person’s head the numbers show to 5 categories: Strength, Speed, Magic, Durability and Spirit. These numbers vary by SCP-5100’s secondary ability.
