Item #: SCP-XXXX

Object Class: Euclid

Special Containment Procedures: Must be placed in a room with a locked door. And one person must always be watching SCP-XXXX. As a result of sustained viewing that person must be rotated in and out within shifts with other personal.

Description: SCP-XXXX appears to be a a TV from the late 1980's and seems to be slightly damaged. It is attached to an AV cart with wires leading into a compartment on the bottom shelf. It generally does not move whilst in view of anyone but there are reports of SCP-XXXX moving to random points of the facility when there was no surveillance on the tv. The TV draws power from the compartment on the AV cart. Opening the compartment as resulted in a facility wide power outage. SCP-XXXX tends to effect younger people multiple test shown that elderly members of the facility were not affected by the TV.

SCP-XXXX causes the viewer to be drawn toward the TV to watch the program it plays. The program from a camera's perspective is a blank screen, but from a personals point of view it is SCP-XXXX-2 which looks like an extremely disfigured man. Sustained watching will create hallucinations of SCP-XXXX-2 for the person watching the tv. Those hallucination will last for about a week and will pop out of nowhere. Even longer sustained viewing those Hallucinations of SCP-XXXX-2 will start to inflict damage on to the viewer either mentally or physically, result of this usually ends in death

SCP-XXXX was found in an old school with hundreds of dead bodies of presumably school children. Children are affected differently than adults with the TV. First the children will start to see Hallucinations of SCP-XXXX-3 a little cat or dog. Children will be drawn back to watch SCP-XXXX so they can play with their animal "friend". Over a course of a month the child will start to play with that "Animal" whilst not watching the tv. But the longer they’re away from the tv the more dangerous SCP-XXXX-3 will get turning into a ravenous beast that will eventually kill the child.
