Special Containment Procedures: SCP-10000 is to be kept at Site-██ in a level 3 humanoid containment cell with no windows and a chute made for robotic access only. (As the effect doesn’t work through monitors). There should be always at least 2 security personnel with special visors armed with military grade weapons. Mobile Task Force Unit ETA-10 (“See No Evil”) has been assigned to recontain SCP-10000 should a breach occur. Security personnel will use lasers and sensors to scan if SCP-10000 is still in her cell.

Description: SCP-10000 is a female humanoid. Her main anomaly is her 7 eyes located on her forehead. The eyes are all blue but slightly smaller then normal eyes. Other than her eyes, it is believed that she is normal. Note: Do Not Make Eye Contact With SCP-10000. If a person/entity makes eye contact with SCP-10000, it enters a paralyzed state for approximately 2 hours. After this, the subject collapses on the ground and expires. Any other entity that makes eye contact with either SCP-10000 or the subject also become paralyzed for 2 hours and eventually expire. Any entity paralyzed underneath the 1 hour time mark can be entered into cryostasis and then removed after an additional 3 hours to cure this Effect SCP-10000 is around 1.8 meters in height and 40 centimetres in width. Her head is relatively large compared the the other parts of her body. SCP-10000 eyes can move separate directions if needed and appear to have a mind of its own. All attempts to capture SCP-10000 have utterly failed.

SCP-10000 was discovered on ██/█/████ on top of the ██████ Tower in █████, France. SCP-10000 had started paralyzing individuals who bothered to look at it, At █ PM, local police contacted The Foundation and Mobile Task Force Unit Tau-5 (“Samsara”) was sent. See Incident Log 1828A. SCP-10000 is pending Thauminel class designation as of it’s outstanding deadly preformace against SCP-███.

Procedure: SCP-10000 was placed into SCP-███’s containment.
Results: SCP-███ ceased movement and suspectably entered catatonic state. For SCP-███’s saftey, SCP-███ was safely removed from the containment and put into cryostasis for 3 hours before returning back to reality. SCP-10000 Is NOT To Be Put With SCP-███ ever again unless with direct permission of 05-█. Consequences to treason will be termination.
Analysis: “ I almost had a heart attack when SCP-███ entered catatonic state. Boy, I was almost a dead man, Docter Dark.”

Addendum: After the loss of most members of Mobile Task Force Unit Tau-5 (“Samsara”), Mobile Task Force Unit Eta-10 (“See No Evil”) has been specially assigned to SCP-10000 as for her cognitohazardic traits. SCP-10000 is to kept away from SCP-██ and SCP-███ at all times.
