Special Containment Procedures: SCP-4990 is allowed to freely roam the facility at all times, however, it must stay at least one meter away from all locked doors.
Description: SCP-4990 is a quadruped, approximately ninety-one centimeters tall and one-hundred and twenty-two centimeters long. It is a satin aqua color, with white hair growing out of its ears. along its neck and tail, it has small, yellow-orange orbs that seem to glow, as well as a fin on its tail, that seems to be translucent.
SCP-4990 is friendly towards all beings, with a similar temperament to SCP-999. It seems to have a drowsiness effect on all creatures except for humans, making it extremely useful to the foundation when transporting hostile SCPs. SCP-4990 also seems to communicate through telepathy. Facility staff has started to call SCP-4990 "Sleepy The Dragon," because of its appearance and anomalies.
Acquisition Log: SCP-4990 was secured by Doctor █████████ on an excursion to Northern ████, where the unit was responding to multiple accounts of 'dragon' sightings.
