Special Containment Procedures: SCP-XXXX-1 Is contained off site in a 6m x 6m x 6m room with a metal door and walls made of titanium, sealed with layers with concrete. Cell is to be inspected once a week for any damage. If any holes or signs of degradation is found, it shall be repaired immediately. There are to be no vents. SCP-XXXX-1 is given an oxygen mask every 24 hours. (See Incident XXXX)

SCP-XXXX-1 is to be monitored at all times by Dr. Pieres, equipped with a non-lethal weapon. If Dr. Pieres is not available, then an armed guard is used as a replacement. In the event that SCP-XXXX breaches containment, SCP-XXXX-1 can be persuaded to go back into containment. SCP-XXXX-1 is to not have contact with any d-class outside of testing or any staff that may be considered to "bad". Any personnel that interact with SCP-XXXX-1 are to go through a psychological evaluation weekly. (currently deciding)

SCP-XXXX-1 is permitted to leave the site to assist in managing sites experiencing multiple Euclid and Keter class containment breaches. When off site, SCP-XXXX must be monitored by at least three(3) armed guards at all times, with at least one(1) fire extinguisher. Once the breach is resolved, SCP-XXXX-1 is to be escorted directly back to its containment cell.

Description: Rough Draft: SCP-XXXX-1, formerly named ███████, appears to be a ██ year old male with red and blue hair wearing a red and blue hoodie of an unknown brand. It is generally polite, and will not attack humans without reason, except for people that it views as "bad", though will get irritated upon mention of ███ or its name, and conversations arguing about or regarding ███ will cause it to become aggressive.

SCP-XXXX-1 can create spheres of ice containing fire in the center, referred to as SCP-XXXX-2. It is currently unknown how the ice does not melt. Research is currently undergoing. SCP-XXXX-2 will shatter upon impact, spreading fire around the impact zone. SCP-XXXX-1 can throw SCP-XXXX-2 at about 65km/hour, causing possible severe damage. SCP-XXXX-1 can teleport to the location of the impact site of SCP-XXXX-2, so it is possible for it to go through small gaps that would be otherwise impossible. If SCP-XXXX-1 dies, it can preform a sort of a "respawn" using its fire.

He has a deep hatred for other SCPs, as SCP-5140 was said to be involved in causing the death of ███. It will attempt to attack any SCPs. This along with its inability to permanently die and its abilities to attack caused it to be permitted by O5 command for deployment at Sites experiencing multiple containment breaches. Known SCPs that it does not attack are SCP-5303 and SCP-4163. The reason is theorized to be that they remind it of ███.

Dr. Pieres: What are you doing?

SCP-XXXX: Nothing important

SCP-XXXX-1 throws SCP-XXXX-2 into a vent. After about five(5) seconds SCP-XXXX-1 Disappears.

Dr. Pieres: Shit! Over intercom SCP-XXXX has breached containment! Initiate full site lockdown. We cant let him leave.

Dr. Pieres: Hello, subject XXXX.

SCP-XXXX: Hey doc, what do you want this time.

Dr. Pieres: Nothing, just checking on you, You know it's required.

SCP-XXXX: Heh, I know that this foundation ain't going to just 'check up' on people, or monsters like us, whatever you call it. What do you really need.

Dr. Pieres: About that picture of █████…I know you stole it when you escaped last time. Why?

SCP-XXXX: Well, it's none of your business.

Dr. Pieres: You cannot take property from ████, you know this. That site is not a part of your containment! It doesn't matter what connection site-██ had to your past. You cannot do this. I am sorry, but you know the way things are.

SCP-XXXX: Oh really, the foundation has to control other people's past now? You locked me up and I can't even bring anything that comforts me? Tsk, here I thought the foundation is suppose to be humane.

Dr. Pieres: Where did you put the picture?

SCP-XXXX: Why would I tell you that.

Dr. Pieres: Because I am your friend. I have been here for you for █ year now. I do not want you to get into trouble. If you do not give me the picture I will have to call them in. They will not be kind or nice and ask politely.

SCP-XXXX: Them? What, you're threatening me now?

Dr. Pieres: If I was threatening you I would have a choice. I do not. You must understand.

SCP-XXXX: Don't have a choice? Lady, it feels like the choices cannot be clearer to me. Either you let this pass, or I will no longer cooperate with the foundation, and I'm sure you don't want me to right? It's better to have me on your side rather then theirs.

Dr. Pieres: We both know if you got out they would [Redacted] you. I know you don't want that. You want to live in memory of ████ I know. I cannot let another incident go by. I cannot. You know this. Please XXXX, just give it to me. And I can keep helping you.

SCP-XXXX: I don't think you understand, I came here with the foundation, trust me, I can get out. The foundation may let this fly over their heads, but they have to know that I cooperated with them, otherwise I wouldn't even be here in the first place. It's easy for me to leave here, trust me, you don't want to see that happening.

Dr. Pieres: Listen to me ████████. Anything you do is not going to bring ███ back. I do not want you to make a mistake you will regret. It is my job, my responsibility, to make sure you are safe here. I cannot guarantee that if you don't cooperate with me.

SCP-XXXX: Don't call me that.

Dr. Pieres: You told me it was your name.

SCP-XXXX: I didn't give you permission to use it, it's information, and dangerous information. Last person -well, if you can even consider it a person- who spoke my name killed ███, and it was the only reason I'm here, I'm sure you don't want to say my name. Some things are best left forgotten.

Dr. Pieres: If I promise to not say your name, will you give me the picture?

SCP-XXXX: What kind of a deal is that?! Is this what I get for cooperation with the foundation? Lady, I'm sure you don't get a lot of folks like me around here, it's a good thing that I haven't done any damage. Yet.

Dr. Pieres: This is the best I can give to you. You knew the risk of what you were doing. It's either that or ████.

SCP-XXXX: Here's the thing I don't understand, and trust me, I understand a lot of things. Why do you need this picture? What are you going to do with it? I took it because it's important to me, so why are you taking it.

Dr. Pieres: Because it is the Foundation's property. They do not think it is good for this to happen. They do not like things not under their control. I do not make these rules. I am sorry.

SCP-XXXX: Oh, when did my house suddenly become the foundation's property, huh?

Dr. Pieres: When your incident happened.

SCP-XXXX: Very weird rule they have, but too bad that place contains something that I want, and I never let go of what I want. Just like why I came here, I will find it, and I will kill it.

Dr. Pieres: Well I am sorry, but you leave me with no choice.

sounds of a pistol being drawn can be heard, along with the sound of a dart hitting something's neck, with a thud a second later

Dr. Pieres: It appears that he doesn't know that SCP-5140 isn't contained in a site. He may not even know what it is. Lets hope it stays that way. The sedatives and amnestics should keep the subject down long enough for me to search his chamber for the photo. It should also wipe all memory of the past hour out of his mind. Subject reacted negatively to the mention of his past and name, and seemed to become very hostile. Further test are required. I will not report this to the Foundation, I feel as though I am making a breakthrough here, I really want to help him. I shall place the subject in bed when I find the photo.
