My child. Do you want to know. Do you want to understand this land upon which your father walked just as his father did. Then listen carefully my child. There is a place ruled by spirits and gods. This place is full of written words tied together with animal flesh. There you can find everything you can wish for. The spirits help whenever there is a need for something. So remember what I wrote down here and wish you were there. An unusual house will appear in front of you and the door will be just as weird. Baldly go inside the place they call "The library" and search for what's missing from you.
These texts visible above are the main source of this scp's anomalous properties. They were obtained from beneath small church ruins on a manmade island in _, ____ in 1921. The state of the recovered item was similar to the current one, e.i. written on top of pieces of birch bark and attached to a single leather piece.
It has been shown in tests, that it is not necessary to precisely understand the scp's main texts to activate their anomalous effects.
After viewing ether the recovered texts or any written or graphic depiction of the item or its anomalous effects and acknowledging the existence of such an object, a subject is able to summon an entrance to the described place.
