Special Containment Procedures: SCP-5063 must be contained within a five by five by six (5x5x6) steel chamber, and must be under 24-hour surveillance at all times. Due to its nature, SCP-5063 must not be exposed to any light source whatsoever; those guarding it must wear suitable night-vision equipment. All personnel within SCP-5063’s vicinity must not address it directly or engage in any prolonged conversation unless instructed to do so by Dr.███ or any O5 member.
In addition, SCP-5063 must be served professionally-cooked meats regularly, along with large portions of human blood, poured precisely 3cm below the brim of a polished wine glass; kitchen staff must be on-site at all times.
Description: SCP-5063 is a 37-year-old Caucasian male, approximately 6”1 in height and of medium build. Disguisable features include: yellow eyes, nails that are grown approximately 2cm beyond the fingertips, skin that lacks pigmentation, and canines that are grown beyond their natural length. More research is required.
Interestingly, despite multiple documents proving otherwise, SCP-5063 claims that he is over a thousand years of age; this statement has recently been supported, however, by an image taken of SCP-5063 in 19██.
SCP-5063 tends to go under the alias, the “Gourmet”, due to his outstanding work as a chef; SCP-5063 had previously inherited his family restaurant, ████████. A collection of mutilated bodies were discovered in the basement, along with a batch of stolen blood from cancer patients. As of today, the restaurant has been declared a threat by O5 officials The restaurant has been repurposed as a Foundation front. SCP-5063 now remains in permanent containment.
SCP-5063 usually remains docile, often wanting to engage in “friendly” conversation. However, SCP-5063 seems to have the ability to influence those he converses with to do his every bidding; those who are affected by SCP-5063’s influence are referred to as SCP-5063-1.
Tests on SCP-5063-1 show that they still maintain their previous mental capacity, with no detected interference. Despite this, SCP-5063-1 feels a sudden urge to carry out SCP-5063’s order; as of this time, we have found no concrete method to prevent this.
As proven by his capture, SCP-5063 is susceptible to gunfire or any physical attack, yet all damage inflicted upon his body seems to rapidly heal in a matter of hours. SCP-5063 is vulnerable to intense light, including the sun; his eyes are capable of adapting to the dark, where he tends to feel the most comfortable.
Addendum 1: SCP-5063 has an innate thirst for blood, as well as human meat and organs. When stripping SCP-5063 of these essentials, he becomes feral, demonstrating his enhanced strength by extracting the hearts of any nearby target.
Addendum 2: SCP-5063 will lose control of SCP-5063-1 once he/she completes an order. This will also occur if SCP-5063-1 is unable to carry out the order due to its impossibility to the user. These impossible orders may include: killing a government leader, flying to space, creating a ray gun, or catching a fired bullet.
