Secure containment procedures: Scp-5080 is to be held within a hermetically sealed humanoid containment cell, because the entity is made of a magnetic alloy, A Neodymium magnet with a 10 ton pull force is installed in the center of the cell, At at site-███. On a Monthly basis, the entity is to be recharged with a 240 Volt current for 2 hours. Any foundation personnel viewing this “recharge” process must view it through external visual medium
Description: Scp-5080 Is thought to be an Old automaton of unknown origin, Measuring 7 feet, and 8 inches. Scp-5080 has a rotting flesh-like substance Which after studying has been discovered to be the Muscles/ skin/ guts, of its victims. which cover its rusted, Metalic skeleton, and has a hair-like structure made of the same substance, coming out from the top of the head. The entity has no eyes, but instead has metal rods going through the eye sockets, it appears to have no human teeth, and only has sharp metal teeth that goes through the flesh of his mouth. The entity was first contained in ██████, Utah. On January, 10th 20██. (See document 5080-A for more details.)
It’s been noticed that It has a broken voice box entangled within its fleshy coating. Dr. Elijax of site ███, Has found a way to bypass this, using a translation device, Like a keyboard. Scp-5080 Can type out responses, only during testing sessions, showing that it has basic Neurological functions. After testing sessions conclude , its keyboard to be removed from Scp-5080’s containment cell. The foundation first contained The entity in 20██. when viewed with External visual mediums. it will appear to be asleep/docile. However, if viewed without external visual medius., Scp-5080 Will enter a “rage state” when in its rage state, the entity will approach the nearest person, (who until death is referred to as 5080-B) who saw its body, and proceed to violently eviscerate/dismember/Murder 5080-B. Since containment, it has breached containment once. (See Interview-5080-C, for details.)
Addendum: Containment procedures deemed ineffective. When left alone after a testing session with 079., on January,10th 20██. SCP-5080 appeared distressed before Breaching containment. The Entity Was found days later, laying on the ground of a disheveled old diner of sorts. When a containment team made it to the diner. The entity was seemingly deactivated/ asleep on the ground, they contained it without incident. As of April, 20th 20██. The entity was moved to site-██ in. ██████, ██████ External veiwing mediums, such as photography/cameras, Will unexplainably malfunction when trying to photograph 5080, how ever copper/iron/steel rimmed glasses may be used by subjects during a "recharge" period.

First visually recorded by A civilian, (for further files the civilian will be referred to as
Scp-5080-B)
in ██████, Utah. 5080-A was exploring an Abandoned building which was covered in heavy
moss and poison ivy. The building seen in 5080-A’s video did not show any signs of identification,
nor did anything inside. The camera view is Seen going down a rusted and Moldy Hallway
before the audible gasp and then loud scream of 5080-A is heard. The camera drops
and stops recording. Several disappearances and sightings occurred near the building
before containment teams arrived. One task force soldier noticed something when capturing
the entity. A withered patch of flesh, assuming to be from 5080.
Interview-5080-B
After the entities recontainment, Dr. ████. attempted to interview 5080

Dr.████: presses and intercom/radio button on his desk Bring in the subject.
Heavy footsteps can be heard as 5080 lumbers into the room, it sits infront of the desk
5080: *motions to its testing keyboard*
Dr.████: *hands 5080 the keyboard*
5080: *Types and a speaker on the keyboard talks* "Why did you bring me back?!"
Dr.████: "We've been over this before 5080.. you can leave this facilit-."
5080: *Electronic screetching comes out of its voice box, as its agitated*

Closing Statement: After the gaurds outside the interview room heard 5080's screetching. One threw an Emp into the room disabling the entities systems long enough for five D-Class personnel carry it back to its containment unit.
