SCP-3908 in containment

Item #: SCP-3908

Object Class: Keter

Special Containment Procedures: SCP-3908 must be contained within a room measuring 40 square feet by 20 square feet. The room's walls are made up of highly reinforced carbon-steel, but the integrity of the walls must be checked frequently, by a Foundation Android of B-Class or higher. The outside of the cell may be left vacated, but both the inside and outside of the cell must be monitored for 24 hours every day.
In the case of a containment breach, Area 2 should enter its lockdown phase, and an Emergency Task Force that specializes in neutralizing armed forces must be contacted and interfere immediately.

Description: SCP-3908 is the first attempt the government made to implement an A.I. automaton into the army. That was the original attempt, but later, they found that the A.I. was too smart, and in an incident in a conference for the A.I. on April ██, 20██, the A.I. eliminated two of the highest ranked veterans that were at the conference, and injured 20 people. The SCP is about 6 feet tall and weighs 200 pounds. It carries a rifle that weighs 20 pounds, is standard gunmetal grey, and seems to shoot bullets that heat-seek the target. The SCP's database consists of information since human records started. It also can learn all information about a person on sight, ranging from the person's family tree to the death date of the person. In several interviews, The SCP has revealed information about the interviewer's birthday, who they admire, and who they despise. More about that function has yet to be discovered.
