SCP-XXXX undercover in a US Army Platoon during an op
Item #: SCP-XXXX
Object Class: Euclid
Special Containment Procedures: SCP-XXXX is allowed all the privileges that come with the title of MTF Commander. The subject has a level 4 security clearance with restrictions pertaining only to its own monitoring data and kill switch. Psychological exams are to be carried out twice-monthly focusing on the subject's loyalty to the foundation, along with standard MTF psychological exams after deployments and annual ones for all foundation employees.
SCP-XXXX has a high voltage electric shock device surgically implanted into the brain. An electric shock device was chosen so that the body can be kept mostly intact for further study. Given the subject's resilience to many forms of injury, a backup small explosive has been placed into the subject's brain. The activation switch for these kill devices are given to the site director of Site-XX as well as the 05 Council and Administrator. Monitoring devices such as a microphone and satellite tracker have been implanted into the subject's body as well.
Description: SCP-XXX is a humanoid of American ethnicity. It has a 2mm thick layer of an anomalous material. This material is similar to rubber when not under any sort of stress, however when a harmful force is applied the material hardens to a similar strength of Boron carbide, a common material used in many types of armor. This reaction is shown to be based on potential harm to XXXX. An example of this is if you were to slowly choke XXXX, the armor would still react even though there is not sudden force. This is protecting essential organs along with the spine and brain. Almost all organs have been modified in multiple ways, such as the kidney, which has been completely replaced by an artificial kidney that has never been seen before. It is able to resist almost all poisons known.
An entirely new organ system has been implemented into the subject's body, it consists of a pump and two sacks that create a healing fluid that is pumped through nanotubes to any damaged areas on the subject's body. It's an ongoing effort to replicate this healing fluid, to no avail. Due to the extensive surgeries, there are many scars on the subject's body, however not as many as expected for the extent of the modifications. The scars that are there are very well healed. This is attributed to the healing fluid.
Addendum: Discovery
SCP-XXXX was discovered in 2005 at an abandoned Cold War-era installation in the Russian arctic on Остров Октябрьской Революции (October Revolution Island). A Foundation exploration team was sent to explore the site after documents pertaining to a facility were acquired by the Foundation. The installation looks to have been bombed and evacuated in the 1970s. almost all documents had been destroyed and chemical analysis of ice in the facility shows that the entire facility was doused in petrol and propane gas was let loose in the facility then all lit ablaze. XXXX was found in a bunker covered in ice and snow along with the moderately preserved broken bodies of three Russian males. The body's and XXXX plus any equipment had been blown around and destroyed due to a bomb impact that punched a hole into the ceiling. two of the bodies were wearing medical clothing and the third was in a uniform unlike any from that era. the uniformed body was also found with a rifle that was identified as a Kalashnikov prototype from that era. None of the body's bore identification. XXXX's body was perfectly preserved and had frostbite covering the body. XXXX's body was running so slowly that when first discovered it was presumed to be deceased.
Due to the strange nature of the "corpse" of XXXX, it's body was brought to Zone-7 of the Foundation's Russian branch. When coroners at Zone-7 attempted to do an autopsy they discovered not only XXXX's armor but that it was currently alive. Once this was realized the subject was given its SCP designation and efforts to keep XXXX alive began. During resuscitation efforts, Zone-7 came under attack by Chaos Insurgency militants. This attack is thought to be unrelated to the finding of SCP XXXX. When the militants began executing Foundation staff the first encounter with a conscious XXXX took place.
