Summery:
A box of Cat Litter that refills to a certain height if any is taken out. any sand that is taken out becomes un anomalous, however dangerously toxic. if a living thing comes into contact with the sand well it is in the box, they will be pulled in. the only way to stop them from being pulled in is to sever them above the litter. if they put an arm in, the only way to save them is to sever the arm. it does this to anything living except to cat and dogs. when a human is fully consumed, that persons blood and other body fluids will seep to the top of the sand, forming seemingly random works of art. these artworks range from well known artworks, to obscure children's drawings. it also has produced non existent artworks, and artworks that no longer exist. a list of "outputs" would be included. the box is 34"L 18"W 12"H with a sand level of 3" if all the sand is dug up no traces of the person can be found. the picture goes away after 2 days unless the sand is refreshed.
I'm thinking of having this be an anomaly made by some enemy of the foundation, and having them use it to obtain foundation items such as uniforms and id cards, and even people. i would probably do this by having what ever is inserted into the box, such as clothing and ids or a scientist that falls in, and even a way for said organization to obtain d class and knowliable scientists to torture for information. and the blood and bodily fluids would be there to lead the foundation to believe they are dead. the whole artworks thing is just whoever made it, probably someone from are we cool yet, wanting to make something a bit more artistic, as is common with them. however are we cool yet would have been employed by some other organisation to make it and use it. I could even include a tail or about a foundation agent investigating the objects origins, eventually leading to some race to stop an infiltration in the foundation using the recovered items from the box before they cause a massive containment breach.

Description: SCP-XXXX is a 34"L 18"w 12"h plastic tub filled with 3 inches1 of an unbranded clumping cat litter of a fine consistency. it is composed of calcium bentonite clay, a very commonly used material for cat litters. the level of litter in the tub stays constantly at 3 inches, as if any is removed it will anomalously replace the removed litter, the new litter seems to fill in from the bottom causing the litter to rise and settle perfectly. SCP-XXXX's 2nd anomalous property manifests if a living organism being comes into contact with the litter while it is in the tub. if any portion of the organisms biological material comes into contact with the litter, they will be pulled in as if it were very fast acting quicksand. the subject being pulled in is only able to be rescued by severing there connection with the sand, usually by severing a limb. as the person is pulled in, SCP-XXXX seems to take on non euclidean properties, at the entire subject appears to be pulled into a deep pit of cat litter, rather than 3 inches. 1-2 minutes after SCP-XXXX fully engulfs the subject various body fluids will seep to the top of the litter, forming

a child's dimension where a child's mind controls everything, the meat of it would revolve around an mtf exploration log. the initial idea spark was that of an mtf team exploring when the entire world turns upside down but gravity does not.
