Description: SCP-5855 is a Humanoid Caucasian male appearing to be in the age range of 11-13. It claims to be of North American descent.
When the subject begins speaking to someone, the listener will become entranced, showing extreme interest in what the SCP-5855 is saying, the listener will normally stay still and listen to what SCP-5855 is talking about without interrupting the subject. The listener will show little response to most stimuli, and no signs of movement, yet still having functional organ systems. However, outer forces can free the listener from their trance-like state. Examples include extremely loud noises, such as a gunshot, or pain, such as a firm punch to the face. If uninterrupted, the subject can talk for as long as approximately 1 hour before it finishes. Though, the mention of something it dislikes will cause it to rant, increasing the length of the effect to as long as 3 hours.
