Sir, these containment procedures are ridiculous and aren't what the foundation stands for. There has to be some way to properly contain it without resulting in deaths. The things we do to "contain" it is not worth the lives we put into it. What we do is stupid and wrong, either destroy the entire damn thing or properly contain it.

Due to the extremely hostile and invasive nature of SCP-5715, proper containment would be highly difficult. The -02s are annoying as hell, and the fucking -03s are impossible to kill. The surface of 5715 has so far proved to be impenetrable and indestructible, not once being observed to hold any structural damage.
Do you want to just stop containment? Do you just want to sit on your ass while this thing invades cities killing innocent people?
Authorization of a reality bender to terminate the structure would be absurdly difficult to obtain since absolute termination of SCP-5715 actually would go against the foundation's code. The ends justify the means, if you know of a better and more efficient containment method, let me know.
In the meantime, the only thing that will be terminated is your association with this force, you are clearly under the memetic effect of SCP-5715.
Special Containment Procedures Revision#04: All containment procedures are to be performed by any currently available MTF-Kenda-13 "Blue Bloods" unit. Any access to the file by unauthorized personnel will result in use of Class-C amnestics dependent on user date of access.
A shipment of 05 D-class subjects on a bi-weekly basis to Site-O-5715 is requested. All subjects are to be given sedatives, fed, and sleep ready for the morning. A shipment of 3 D-class subjects on a bi-weekly basis to Site-O-5715 is requested. All subjects are to be given sedatives, fed, mission briefed, and remain awake during the night. Subjects are to be armed with .50 caliber riffles and anti-tank ballistic weaponry, ballistic weapons are to be readied the night previous, and armed with several, but no less then 010 shots. Armed subjects are to be placed within large 40 ft tall tower. Tower is to have 8 legs in double square positions. Towers are to be placed in the 04 corners of the perimeter of the baricade of SCP-5715. Weapons are to be adjusted to make sure direction can only be within SCP-5715 area. D-class subjects are to be supervised by an MTF unit.
Meanwhile MTF units are to be placed around SCP-5715 in a circular fashion. Barricades are to be repaired after SCP-5715-A and at times rebuilt. Barricades are to be placed around SCP-5715 with MTF units on the outside area. MTF units are to be given .50 caliber weapons and fire upon any SCP-5715-02 instances. Several MTF units are to be given the weapons as well as several MTF units be given anti tank weapons.
During SCP-5715-A, remaining subject is to enter SCP-5715, usually resulting in the end of SCP-5715-A. Prior to entry, subject is to have both arms destroyed and cut off, wounds are not to be sealed.

Addendum: Termination of SCP-5715
SCP-5715 has gained anomalous properties making its exterior impossible to destroy. Nuclear weapons have been tried and failed, SCP-5715 is indestructible. Due to its weight, location, and defenses, it's impossible to lift.

[ The doctor is an idiot. Repositioning is not available, so they will have to stay. SCP-5715 is to be destroyed by any means necessary, along with SCP-5715-02 instances. Log-05 by MTF-Blue Blooders-06-Captain
Description: SCP-5715, originally known as the MTF-Archilon-012-Inanis Rimor was a satellite system and shuttle placed in the atmosphere in 1998. SCP-5715 had a large established communications system connected to Site-055. Communications were stable until an assumable anomalous event on 16/05/2004 cut off communications with site-055, and SCP-5715 presumably died.
On 26/08/2011, SCP-5715 fell from orbit and crash landed in █████████ ██████. SCP-5715 was quickly swarmed by news broadcasters investigating. All tapes were confiscated for any clues regarding SCP-5715's origins. If for any reason any recording of SCP-5715 is leaked, immediate termination of video/picture is imminent.
SCP-5715 seems to have a large area around SCP-5715 causing extreme paranoia, disinterest, and general cause of procrastination. Large amount of training is needed for recruitment to MTF-Blue Blooders, any violation to this is cause for immediate position termination.
There is currently a few anomalous properties tied with SCP-5715: Invincibility, Intelligent speech, possible space time anomalies, and or extreme creation of sentient hostile droids. No reason for these anomalies is present, a viable connection was held with the Inanis Rimor until the 16th of May, 2004.

Addendum: SCP-5715-02
SCP-5715-02 are a large amount of droids dispensed by SCP-5715-01. Droids seem to have flotation devices underneath the main structure. SCP-5715-02 has a singular ocular device, and 08 spider-leg like appendages surrounding the main circular main structure.
Appendages are comprised of a long metallic design resembling a knife that disconnects at the area identified as the forearm. The forearm is a thin blade 1mm thick. Instances will attack relentlessly upon anyone near SCP-5715, destroying the offender.
Analysis of SCP-5715-02 show that after leaving a large perimeter of SCP-5715, the "droids" exterior, normally comprised of an unknown metal, will start to shift and become flesh like. Specimen-02-01 was placed on a table, immediate shift of material started. Suddenly, a full number of all organs, bones, blood, and flesh belonging to Dr. Celia, Cortez of the Inanis Rimor.
Addendum: SCP-5715-03
SCP-5715-03 is a large cuboid shape with tank like wheels acting as legs on the bottom of the structure, and a secondary system on the roof. SCP-5715-03 is highly immune to damage, but not indestructible. It has a large canon in the front of the structure and on the back. SCP-5715-03 also has a mount attaching the top half to the wheel structure, allowing a 360 degree angle of firing. The canons also can toggle higher shots shooting higher, or lower allowing even more range.
Several instances of subject have been observed, they are constructed to act as tanks, and seem to be highly resistant to any weaponry available. Hull of subject is extremely resiliant to all forms of damage, and has never exposed its inner workings.
Analysis of SCP-5715-03 shows that if this object left the SCP-5715 area, it will begin decomposing into several types of rations, scrap metal, and bodily requirements belonging to Dr. Dylan, Diyt.
Addendum: SCP-5715-A
Every 6 days, SCP-5715 will release a large number of SCP-5715-02, and sometimes SCP-5715-03. These droids will become hostile, and begin killing anyone near SCP-5715. If no one is in the immediate area, SCP-5715-02 and -03 will begin █████████ the ██████ █████ with any █████████ in its immediate area.
The droids release in the hundreds with each being hostile and while communications is possible with them, it is not recommended.
Incident Report: Failure to contain/terminate SCP-5715 specimens
On 07/01/==== SCP-5715-A started, and immediate containment protocol was enforced. Log from Lieutenant:
[ It began as it always does, dozens and dozens of those droid bastards, then from the scrap of SCP-5715, a large tank-y structure started rolling out of the scrap. Then it shot us! You want to know weak? Look it up in the dictionary, we were in it! Thing shot once, one tower was fucking gone!
We did nothing to it for 2 weeks! Two more times the big fuck brought more tiny little droids we had to kill while killing the big guy! It got so bad that the tank started just sitting dormant atop the third tower, waiting for us to shoot it!
We only killed it when we shot down the tower, and it along with it. That day i lost most of my men, several unnecessary D-classes, and the place needed a huge fixing. I myself, lost my leg. ]
Log-06 by MTF-Blue Blooders-06-Captain
[ He's, he's gone. Remember captain Rigor? He was my brother, i told him not to go, it was dangerous. He is gone, and that, that robotic voice is him! But, it is not him, not anymore. That thing, what the fuck, that thing is evil, nothing about it is good, not anymore.
MTF-Archilon was, keyword: was. a task force designated to space research and retrieval of anomalous objects. The Inanis Rimor was their first rocket sent out, and who captured it? My dumb ass brother.
He was sent out to research SCP-████ and during that, no one will tell you but me.

Addendum: SCP-5715 exploration
D-5346 was given standard exploration materials and was sent into SCP-5715, immediate resistance was shown in D-5346 and so sedatives were administered. Once entry was made, SCP-5715 closed its gate, D-5346 started reporting voices and turned on their light. The structure of SCP-5715 seemed infinite with thousands of unmarked inactive droids standing in an unknown number of rows.
D-5346 started moving towards the "center" of SCP-5715 for approximately 12 miles taking two hours until Dr. ==== told them to attack a droid. D-5346 does so. D-5346 attacks a droid, droid remained inactive. D-5346 continued.
Approximately 5 hours later of walking, a large staircase was found expanding around 10 miles deep. D-5346 traveled down the staircase for 1.5 hours until reaching the bottom. D-5346 observed a large anatomically correct heart constructed of metals and gears and flesh. D-5346 was told to evacuate the area. D-5346 turned around and immediately saw a droids staring at him. D-5346 considered neutralized.
Incident Report: 5715-B
Until SCP-5715-B, MTF-Blue Blooders-06-Captain has never been a part of termination protocol. Captain after Log-06 decided to assist in termination. Upon arrival of Captain, SCP-5715 suddenly started shrieking violently. Suddenly a large wave of SCP-5715-02 started charging at him, only him. They grabbed him and started violently stabbing his legs. They dragged him back to SCP-5715, he screamed for help.
All D-class were told to fire upon the droids with the bullets with a last ditch attempt to kill as many as possible by using the anti tanks. D-T-03 shot the first anti tank weapon at the gate instead of the droids, immediately all droids started screaming and dropped the captain. A lieutenant immediately dropped into the area and pulled him out.
Until this, SCP-5715 was thought to be indestructible, new use of weaponry on the hull will be committed.
What remains of the Inanis Rimor? Only their true demons, the evil left after the soul has vacated the body.

Description: SCP-001-1/2 is the event prior to SCP-001-2/2. During the SCP-001-1/2 event, most objects designated as SCP disappear. Recording devices during this event shut down for the duration of it.
Almost no anomalies were found for 10 weeks before SCP-001-2/2, during this time, even objects thought to be immobile disappeared.
During this event, O5-02 - O5-13 disappeared except for O5-01 who When questioned about this anomaly, O5-01 was pleaded innocent and ignorant.
All viral infections designated SCP suddenly disappeared, with affected victims instantaneously revitalizing, and forgetting about the experience entirely.
All previous SCP-001 Proposals now read: CODENAME: XXXX - CORRUPT_FILE. If access is attempted, the file would load but would be corrupt beyond recognition.
Immediate shifts in daily life occurred on a daily, global, and cosmic scale. Certain daily rituals now seemed alien and abstract as objects, people, and phenomena that once drove life disappeared.
Addendum: Attempting to locate lost SCPs
Certain SCPs were fitted with tracking devices to indicate if they had escaped containment, or if the risk of a breach was inevitable. During the SCP-001-1/2 event, these tracking devices if connected would show the item in several different locations at once, while shifting locations on a 3-second routine.
Aqua-related Mobile Task Forces observed land beneath SCP-3000, showing no Y-909 substance or indications of SCP-3000 were present. All photographic evidence of SCP-3000 from files redacted the eyes for unknown reasons.
SCP-035 photographs redacted the entire "face".
All attempts to find anomalies have failed.
London suddenly collapsed as SCP-1678 suddenly disappeared. Ruins of SCP-1678 were not observable, although it was evident that it was hollow once. Any outside evidence of SCP-1678 was lost, and the audio recording when entry is made was lost.

Addendum: Tests involving Chaos Insurgency infiltration
By order of O5-01, Site-055 was to declare a site-wide containment breach. Standard procedures were followed, all evacuation shelters were opened and all personnel entered. MTF Epsilon-11 was informed to infiltrate the facility and restrain any Chaos Insurgents for answers.
4 hours after the declaration of Site-055's containment breach, a team of 3 agents from the Global Occult Coalition had entered the facility. MTF followed orders and restrained them. Log from interview with SCP agent: Dave, and agent T███, GOC.

Special Containment Procedures: Not feasibly possible, survive and terminate any anomalous objects.
All possible anomalous objects able to be weaponized to combat the ongoing infinite threat, are to be treated as a high priority. If objects are hazardous to civilians or personnel near them, they are to be abandoned and/or terminated. All useless/hazardous anomalous objects are to be terminated and body incinerated.
[All remaining personnel are to evacuate to survival shelters known as Adversus sites and continue construction with further Adversus sites. Prime Adversus construction site is Adversus-08.
Any Adversus shelters only may contain up to 50 personnel, and all Class-D subjects are to be abandoned. Infected personnel will not be allowed into Adversus sites.
As of yet, the only surviving SCP sites are Site-19 and Site-01, however, due to the sudden appearance of a hostile and invasive infohazard, connections to these sites have been terminated.
Adversus sites can be found throughout North America. Sites are constructed 3 kilometers deep below ocean level, and must be constructed no less than 200 meters tall, 2 kilometers long, and 3 kilometers wide. Currently, there are 12 Adversus sites holding a total of 2300 civilians, and 500 site personnel.
All Adversus sites have designations for their use, Adversus-01 to -07 are used for the protection of civilians, and Adversus-08 to -09 are for the construction of further Adversus sites, Adversus-010 to -011 are used for containment of Thaumiel, or relatively helpful non-hazardous anomalous objects. Adversus-012 is used for the growth of food.
Adversus-07 located in Eugene, Oregon, is currently experiencing a large-scale attack from estimated 06 anomalous objects. Current number of viable guard personnel is currently 014 and dropping. Currently, the humane standards of these guards have dropped highly and are now expected to fight through most injuries, most guards could still fight even if locked to a wheelchair. The fine line of viability of Adversus personnel is not being able to operate objects utilizing arms, unconscious, or showing lower mental capacity.
If for any reason any resident of any Adversus site decides to turn rogue and escape, immediate termination despite area is important. At no time is anyone to leave any Adversus site locations, and walk out into the outside area. The true danger of the outside is truly unknown.
Adversus-05 is currently holding around 150 residents and is currently constructing and evacuating more space for more residents. Despite Adversus-08 and -09 are only for further construction, any other site may use resources for expansion. Adversus-05 is experiencing an overload of residency and all homes are living in extremely unfair living arrangements. Adversus-05 should only be able to hold around 120 people, but due to the large overload of persons, the facility made sacrifices to hold more people.
60% of any Adversus sites excluding non-civilian protection sites, are to be dedicated to holding residents, and the remaining portion of Adversus sites are to be dedicated to holding the SCP personnel and containing Thaumiel class SCPs, or beneficial Safe and if required Euclid class SCPs. All non-necessary Safe, Euclid, Keter, or Thaumiel SCPs are to be terminated, if termination is not possible then containment chamber is to be dropped several kilometers deep underground. Beneficial SCPs are to be decided by the remaining O5.
A long tunnel has been constructed to connect Adversus-01 to Adversus-012, if any site is in a Redzone level threat, the site is to be evacuated and the highest-ranking officer is to divide the residents to relocate to other sites. Routine checks for blockades, infiltration, or damage are made every week.
Within the tunnel are around 50 small evacuation shelters to enter if any Adversus site is experiencing a raid. The total size of each shelter has to be no smaller than 10 X 10 X 10 meters.
Artificial photosynthesis is required for plant growth, power is also essential. Wind turbine towers are placed around 500 meters of entry point, no fewer than 3 are to be placed in a triangular formation. Turbines cannot be taller than 6 meters as to not risk an attack from an SCP-001 instance. ]
[SCP-001 event is an alone event and was never predictable and as such warrants its own scenario.
SCP-001-1/2 is the event wherein all anomalous objects designated SCP disappear, and thus the ZZK class, end of anomalies scenario. This event will shift the normalcy of life, and never return.
SCP-001-2/2 is the event wherein the world is suddenly filled with an infinite number of anomalous objects, thus, the GG-class, end of the world scenario. This event will most likely cause the end of the world without failure. ]
[Off world colonization is not possible, the threat of leaving orbit will cause a large amount of noise drawing objects towards the launch site, and constructing the rocket would take an enormous amount of resources not able to be provided by the SCP.
Accompanied by that, the infinite number of anomalous objects found in space would threaten the crew of the ship. Meaning that even if lift-off is possible, it would risk the people on board.

"Off-world colonization isn't possible, not enough people to build the rocket, not enough resources, and it would risk the lives of anyone on it.
I see a second moon at night, and uh, it's purple. We have seen at least 18 new anomalous objects in space, most presumably dangerous. Although, we did see the corpse of a whale in space, that made me laugh.

Hello dear guest, I do not know how you were able to access this terminal, but nonetheless, I congratulate you on your efforts and success, whether you randomly stumbled upon it, or you actively searched for me.
So I believe some reward is in order, and so, I will tell you a story, I will uncover secrets even the O5 are unaware of. I will tell you, a simple truth.
My name, as you may use, is Dr. Malkin Fallen, or, as you may know, O5-14. Although most of the time I am demoted from that mighty pedestal. Notice I said "Most of the time" And you may know that when someone is accepted into the O5, it is permanent. you would be correct of course, but I have seen many O5 councils.
You must have noticed it? Certain things don't add up. Facts don't align, timelines don't align, entities who had been forced to battle, had befriended, had a drink at a bar, might have never met at all.
A strange occurrence, no?
And you may wonder, how the previous SCP-001 proposal was uploaded, or how all the K class scenarios were invented. A popular opinion is there are hundreds, if not thousands of parallel planes of existence Co-existing at the same time. And sometimes this theory is correct, just not to the believed scale.
The previous SCP-001 proposal is a common reset, this world is continuously repeating itself.

Subjects were discovered when small natural disasters began occurring around a specific location in Iowa.
CHAPTER TWO. RESTRAINMENT, CONTAINMENT, AND PROTECTION
These people were viewed as gods to most who saw them, to others they were seen as falling bombs. A group of individuals abducted them from their original location, this is where I come in.
I was called by my friend Dillon, he explained everything and asked if I could help. I said yes. Me and a team of 4 others were asked to study these people, and, for some time we were good. We learned that if two of these subjects are placed within 20 meters of each other, the surrounding area experiences extreme changes in weather, and will cause sudden natural disasters.
The disasters affect scale with each subject nearby, and it was believed by our team that if all 7 united, the resulting power would cause a Category 12 on the Richter scale, previously thought impossible.
This would theoretically cause the end of our world.
As mentioned earlier, we retrieved them from a warehouse, with strange walls. We believe that these walls and runes were designed to nullify the group's abilities. When we went back to the warehouse the rooms were gone, and it was back to its original state.
We sent each subject as far away from each other as we could and called it a day. And, for a couple of years, everything was fine. But.
CHAPTER THREE. SKY IS FALLING
In 1938, 4 subjects met together to discuss the trauma they went through, unaware of their natural disaster-causing properties. They met in the Banda Sea, causing minor earthquakes for a duration of 5 minutes, before growing in magnitude to an 8.6 on the Richter scale. The resulting earthquake lasted for a duration of 24 hours, while the subjects remained together, seeing as they had no family in that area.
Once all 4 subjects separated, the earthquakes stopped, and an estimate of 17000 civilians were killed.

Document: Frank Heduew was selected for the position of O5-13 In 1989 after leaving the Royal Canadian Mounted Police, after witnessing a homicide. The murderer committed suicide before they could be arrested.
Frank has acted in favor of D-Class and agents alike. And if I'm correct, the changes he made have saved your life several times.
Although Frank has saved many lives from cruel and often unnecessary "termination" unlike the committee I can use euphemisms, he is still quite ruthless himself. He is experienced, cold, and dedicated to his cause as a faceless one. He does not care of people, only his designated objective.
I do not know when he became uncaring, but the foundation can change a person.

He was inaugurated into his position by O5-01 himself. Marcus is a professional and pathological liar and has founded himself several identities to protect the foundation. Marcus has also taken a keen interest in your foundation's SCP-3000, and often battles with Frank upon the subject of Y-909.

O13 Protocol dictates that upon the deaths of O5-01 - O5-04, CADA will take control of replacing them, finding the best and most logical candidates for the position, contacting them, and if CADA feels that they aren't doing their job to their best ability, CADA unlocks the ability to terminate them.

Document: Lewis Botwel was at one time, the manager of sites-002 - 031, and was in charge of personnel, SCPs, Re-containment operatives, and funding, for a 7 years of service before leaving the foundation and joining the opposing force of the Chaos Insurgency, giving information of the workings of the foundation and the sites.
The remaining O5s scrambled for 15 months to rearrange the way Lewis had controlled the sites. During this time, 30 different SCPs were stolen from foundation custody, and a total of 87 site personnel had died.
Shortly afterward, Lewis was killed by your MTF-Alpha-1 (Red Right Hand) for his crimes.
