SCP-XXXX "Bloody Rides"
SCP #: SCP-XXXX
Object Class: Euclid Keter
Special Containment Procedures: Due to the impossibility to transport the object, the surrouding amusement park and land has been bought by the Foundation and closed. All access to the object by non personnel, especially minors, must be heavily restricted by Foundation security. Every fourteen (14) days, a contingent of Foundation guards armed with flame based weaponry shall report to the small facility built in the park, and terminate all instances of SCP-XXXX-2.
SCP-XXXX during a Festival Event
Description: SCP-XXXX-1 is the designation given to a carousel, or “merry-go-round”, located in an abandoned amusement park, near █████, ██████. The object is built of wood, and decorated.
SCP-XXXX-1 is unremarkable during the day, and exhibits anomalous behavior once every twenty-six (26) days. This is hereafter known as a Festival Event. A Festival Event usually begins between 21:00 to 22:00.
During a Festival Event, the carousel will turn itself on with no signs of exterior interference. It will also, by unknown means, send out a subconscious suggestion to children in the surrounding town of ████ to come to SCP-XXXX-1. Approximately 98.89% of children receiving this signal will immediately attempt to join SCP-XXXX-1. Some will be unable to due to physical disabilities, or parental causes. Those who are unable to join the object will cease attempts to do so after SCP-XXXX-1 has accomplished seven (7) revolutions.
Any child successful in joining SCP-XXXX-1 will climb on to one of the rides, in some type of trance state. It is believed that it begins revolutions when SCP-XXXX-1 deems that all children capable of joining it have taken place on a ride. This would classify it as sentient. See Addendum SCP-XXXX-A. Once a child has climbed on to a ride, it is impossible to remove it, kill it, or otherwise change its current state. It is equally impossible to stop movement.
After three (3) revolutions, rides will slowly gain attributes making them seem more dangerous. This happens when the observer cannot see the ride. In cases where all sides are observed, the rides will appear differently to each observer, allowing it to continue as normal. The child will invariably take hold of the pole bearing its ride at this time.
After thirteen (13) revolutions, all rides bearing a child will begin to grow larger, and gain a more “fearsome” appearance. These are now known as instances of SCP-XXXX-2. The instances begin to move autonomously, remaining on the carousel and attached to a pole.
After fifteen (15) revolutions, the instance of -2 will break free. It will remain on the carousel, while the child remains in place, grasping the pole and apparently paralysed. After examination of a tape, it is noted that only the child’s eyes are free of movement, along with the child’s larynx and other organs used for speech. Due to this, the child will scream during these phases.
The child’s flesh will gradually begin being twisted into a form resembling the instance of SCP-XXXX-2 it had ridden, without detail. During this time, instances of SCP-XXXX-2 will attempt to breach containment.
After approximately twenty-two (22) revolutions, the child will have fully taken on the form the ride previously occupying that place. The flesh of the child will be converted into lacquered wood and other materials upon sunrise.
In cases where █ Festival Events have not ended in a success and converted at least one child, the object will cease it’s cycle, and send out a continuous subconscious call to surrounding children in a radius of [REDACTED] kilometers. This will continue until a child is attracted to SCP-XXXX-1, or until 15 days have passed with no success.
After the 15 day mark, ███ instances of SCP-XXXX-1 will spontaneously animate, and be replaced by rides that seem to grow from the pole. These instances shall then attempt to destroy containment. Once the instances deem themselves successful, [DATA EXPUNGED]. This was seen in Incident SCP-XXXX-a.
Addendum SCP-XXXX-A:
Request for reclassification to Keter, due to apparent sentience of the SCP and Incident SCP-XXXX-a.

SCP-XXXX: "Biological Malware"
Item #: SCP-XXXX
Object Class: Euclid
Special Containment Procedures: A sample of the virus is to be kept in a sealed vault. All tests conducted with SCP-XXXX are to keep any technology or most importantly weaponry from sight of an infected subject and from exposure to the virus.
Description: SCP-XXXX-1 is a virus, currently incurable by any means. The virus is capable of infecting any living being, excluding members of Kingdom Monera and other unicellular beings.
The virus behaves in a manner similar to SCP-217, and converts the victims into technology based beings. As opposed to transmuting the infected organism into clockwork, the virus transforms victims into robotic sentient robotic beings, capable of interfacing with the Internet.
One of the most dangerous aspects of the virus is its capacity to “update” itself. When exposed to any form of technology it has yet to encounter, it seems that the virus gains the ability to use the technology in its conversion. It is also to be noted that the converted forms are rarely simply a basic android, and often bear weaponry.
The virus seems to have several stages, and appears to have been created as a bio weapon. For more information on the subject, consult this document further.
Stage One (1):
-Stage 1 begins at infection. Stage lasts three (3) days.
-No symptoms, the virus appears to be dormant.
-Subjects feel the need to socialize, often going out to parties or hosting them themselves.
-The victim has an infection rate of 2.1%.
Stage Two (2):
-Stage begins three (3) days after infection. Stage lasts four (4) days.
-Infected subjects report aching in their limbs, and an ever-present headache.
-The virus has begun converting the bones and muscles of the limbs, along with beginning the slow conversion of the brain.
-The victim has an infection rate of 10.5%.
Stage Three (3):
-Stage begins seven (7) days after infection. Stage lasts (5) days.
-Infected subjects report incredible pain in their stomach, and a decrease of pain in the limbs. They also report a difficulty in the use of non-converted muscles, including the neck.
-The virus has fully converted the interior of the limbs. It has now begun converting multiple organs, including the stomach, one of the two lungs, and both kidneys. The brain is approximately 23% converted.
-Subjects bear a desire to remain in their home and play video-games, utilize social media, or otherwise connect to the Internet, on a computer or other technological appliance. The virus seems to be influencing this behavior, exposing itself to possibly undiscovered technology. They will also attempt to draw and digitalize a glyph, hereafter known as SCP-XXXX-3, via these means. This glyph is a level [REDACTED] memetic threat, and will cause receiver’s cells to begin producing SCP-[INSERT NUMBER] for twenty-three (23) hours after exposure. This version, dubbed SCP-[INSERT NUMBER]-2, has the same effect upon the host as the original virus, at a 65% slower rate.
-The victim has an infection rate of 16.3%.
Stage Four (4):
-Stage begins twelve (12) days after infection. Stage lasts six (6) days.
-Infected subjects no longer feel pain in their stomach. Subjects register a dull ache in their heart and non-converted lung. They also report a decrease in the clarity of their sight.
-The virus has converted essential organs, except for the brain, the heart and a lung. The brain is approximately 48% converted, due to massing of the virus in upper regions of the body. Subject’s skin begins to convert, beginning in locations the subject cannot see and that other humans rarely see.
-Subjects begin to attempt to consume electronical appliances and cables. In cases where both are lacked, they will begin to attempt to eat metals. Unsurprisingly, no damage to their mouth, teeth, or throat is taken while any of the aforementioned three are being eaten, due to the converted state of all organs necessary to digestion. It is also worthy of note that they do not choke on any of them.
-The victim has an infection rate of 43%, as the virus spreads orally with ease, due to the conversion of the throat and partial conversion of the mouth.
Stage Five (5):
-Stage begins eighteen (18) days after infection. Stage lasts three (3) days.
-Infected subjects become blind during conversion of the eyes. They no longer feel a dull ache in their chest, and begin experiencing painful headaches, usually described as “As if some [EXPLETIVE REDACTED] [RACIAL SLUR REPLACED] person was stabbing the back of my [EXPLETIVE REDACTED] eyes and the inside of my head with a bunch of [EXPLETIVE REDACTED] needles.”
-Subjects are fully converted, except for the skin and brain. Skin has begun conversion in earlier stage, and brain is 78% converted. Subject’s IQ diminishes considerably during this stage.
-The victim’s infection rate is 97.6%
Stage Six (6):
-Stage begins twenty-one (21) days after infection. Stage lasts three (3) days.
-Infected subjects regain an enhanced sight. The brain is 97% converted, and subject’s IQ remains low. Skin is near entirely converted, and a “Specialization Event” begins. This consists of the modification of fully converted areas, usually limbs, into:
-Weaponry, in which case several more arms appear (SCP-XXXX-A)
-Metalworking tools, or ore extraction tools in which case several more arms often appear (SCP-XXXX-B)
-Body-wide specialization into a vehicle of any type, including tanks, but the vehicle must amount to preexisting mass, with the addition of mass the subject can generate (SCP-XXXX-C)
-Hose type endings, spreading a liquid with 100% infection rate (SCP-XXXX-D)
-Body wide transformation into a radio relay. It’s range is currently unknown, and suspected to cover █████ km (SCP-XXXX-E)
-In addition to other utilities, shielding technology beyond our current advancement. This renders instances near invisible (SCP-XXXX-A/B/C/D/E/F-G)
-[REDACTED](SCP-XXXX-F)
-In certain cases, instances fuse themselves to create bigger instances, bigger vehicles, or begin assembling what resembles a much more advanced aircraft, deemed worthy of space travel. To this date, none have been successfully completed, due to their sheer size (SCP-XXXX-H)
In some cases, such utilities simply grew on the body. The virus permeates their “skin”, including bullets.
-The victim’s infection rate is 100%.
Stage Seven:
-Stage begins twenty-four (24) days after infection.
-Skin is 100% converted, and a Specialization Event has taken place. The brain is 100% converted. IQ returns to original levels, and reaches an IQ of ███ points. The body continues to host the virus, and it permeates the skin.
-Subjects seem to have had their consciousness replaced by PoI-XXXX-1. PoI-XXXX-1 identifies itself by “R███ P██████”. Records indicate that no such person exists, or has ever existed. Due to several battle cries, or repeated insults to personnel, it has been ascertained that he is a follower of the Church of the Broken God. All instances are controlled by PoI-XXXX-1, and seem to receive data from all instances. Instances of SCP-XXXX-E do not seem necessary for this, indicating an in built radio capacity. It also suggests that XXXX-E were designed to communicate over distances as large as those found in space, which would signify that [DATA EXPUNGED].
-Instances will begin grouping up, traveling by night and hiding to avoid detection. This is made easier by the hive mind they share.
Stage Eight (8):
-Stage is triggered by being in a group of fifteen (15) or more instances having experienced a Specialization Event, and having kept cognitive faculties. As opposed to becoming an instance of SCP-XXXX-C, -E, or -H.
-During Stage eight (8), instances will kidnap humans, attempt to display SCP-XXXX-3 to as many people as possible, and [DATA EXPUNGED].
Incident SCP-XXXX-1:
At █ █ :█ █ , an instance of SCP-XXXX-F breached containment after undergoing a Specialization Event. It had apparently managed to do so by [DATA EXPUNGED], leaving a hole in a security wall. It then proceeded to leave, infecting several personnel by itself. It was followed by all instances in the Site, leaving ███ personnel dead and ██ personnel infected.
Addendum Incident SCP-XXXX-1:
By the command of 05-██ , no more instances shall be stored on Site.
Addendum SCP-XXXX-1:
The virus seems to be able to share its newly discovered technology with other instances of SCP-XXXX-1 instantaneously, with no regard for distance or Faraday Cages, or other isolating materials. Cross testing with SCP-148 requested.
Senior Researcher █████
Addendum SCP-XXXX-2:
Denied. The risk that the virus might discover SCP-148 and incorporate it into converted instances is too great.

SCP-XXXX “The Broken Watcher”
Item #: SCP-XXXX
Object Class: Safe
Special Containment Procedures: SCP-XXXX is to be kept in a Faraday Cage, inside vault 64654 of Site ██. Access to the object is to be restricted to level III personnel.
Description: The object is a monitoring bank, bearing ████ screens of 1 mm by 1 mm. One of these screens is central, and is of 5cm by 30cm. It is hereafter known as XXXX-3. It also bears a keyboard, now known as XXXX-4. It appears to have sustained heavy damage and bears scorch marks. Approximately 67% of the screens are damaged and unusable.
It is also of note that the object does not in fact use electricity, but still requires input.
Its first anomalous properties manifest when activated, as XXXX-2 gains knowledge of what is on every screen, at all times. Requirements to become XXXX-2 subject are:
-to have been the one to turn on the object
-remain within 2m of the object. If XXXX-2 leaves the required area, designation will shift to nearest non-anomalous human subject
If no subjects are in proximity, the object will shut itself off.
The object’s second anomalous property is that when the object is turned on, you may type on XXXX-4, resulting in the text appearing on XXXX-3. When “Enter” is pressed, it will search for an individual of that name within 5 kilometers. If the individual is beyond 5 kilometers, the screen will display an error message. If the individual is within 5 kilometers, one of the screens will display his view. If the individual is blind, no feed is received. The screen also shows
-A complete health report of the individual
-A rapidly shifting square of color, suspected to be subject’s emotions at the time
-The individual’s coordinates
These being on one of the smaller screens, it is compressed too small to read, but the data is sent to XXXX-2’s brain, making the screens useless. It is possible to have several people being viewed at the same time, but a normal human brain is not made to sustain such neural loads, and will begin suffering extensive brain damage past four (4) people. It is advised to stop at three (3).
Addendum XXXX-A:
Further research into repairing SCP-XXXX is recommended. It is suspected that it’s range once extended worldwide, which, if repaired, would give our MTF teams an incredible advantage over GoIs or during containment breaches, to speak of a few of its possible uses.

SCP-XXXX: "Auto Autobiography"
Item #: SCP-XXXX
Item class: Safe Euclid
Special Containment Procedures: Item is to be kept in storage locker 86 in Site . SCP is to be kept in a Faraday Cage, inside vault 3540 of Site ██. Item is not to be brought in proximity to Level 3 personnel or above, without direct orders. The item must always be observed first by a D Class personnel upon activation. SCP-XXXX is to be left uncharged outside of testing.
Description: SCP-XXXX is an E-Reader, also known as a “Kindle”, of 16 cm by 11, and 1 cm of width. The screen is 1 cm from the edges, except for the bottom part of it, separated from the edge by 2 cm. It has an autonomy of forty-eight (48) hours, and fully charges in two (2) hours and requires a micro-USB ending to plug into. The SCP is activated by pushing a button on the base of the object, beside the micro-USB plug.
The item’s anomalous capacities reveal themselves when an e-book is opened and the subject begins reading. After approximately ██ minutes, the subject’s memories and thoughts are archived into a file inaccessible by the SCP itself. The file is stored in the SCP, and can be duplicated at any point via a normal USB > micro-USB cable and a computer or other digital means of access to it’s files.
All attempts to remove an existing file have been unsuccessful, and the item seems to regenerate all lost material to a rate of 133/48 minutes, without any loss of stored data. It is equally impossible to set a code to the SCP or to lock the files themselves.
It is also to be noted that:
-The files seem to be an autobiography, going down to the subject’s thoughts at that moment and incredible detail when available.
-The files fill themselves regardless of whether or not the subject remembers the events. Note is taken of having been administered amnestics, but otherwise disregarded as the file continues to document the subject’s life.
-The SCP seems to permanently occupy 1GB of 1.6GB storage. All attempts to change this number have invariably failed.
Addendum SCP-XXXX-1:
On ██/██/██, it was discovered that the SCP broadcasted on a previously unnoticed frequency. Due to the possibility that the item might have been designed to broadcast the autobiography of high ranking Foundation members, the Special Containment Procedures have been updated.
History:
Agent [REDACTED] purchased the object on the Internet, and discovered its anomalous nature when she attempted to upload a PDF of [REDACTED] and discovered the “biography” files on the ██/██/██.
Addendum [SCP NUMBER]-2: Whoever replaced my Kindle with SCP-XXXX will be transferred to SCP-682 feeding duty when I find out who did it.

SCP-XXXX Always Here
Item #: XXXX
Object Class: Safe
Special Containment Procedures: The object is to be kept in a locked vault without CCTV or other means of remote viewing at Site ██. Access to the object is to be restricted to Level II personnel.
Description: The object is a five (5) cm high statue representing a triple headed, winged dragon. It is carved out of pure jade, and does not bear any irregularities, even down to the molecular level. This suggests the use of advanced technology. The statue itself cannot be damaged by any means. It shall be hereafter named XXXX-1.
When a subject is exposed to XXXX-1 and views it, the object’s anomalous effects will trigger. These effects consist of seeing copies of XXXX-1 near anywhere, varying in size, color, and material. These are purely hallucinations, but are made so lifelike to the subject that if asked to pick one up, will feel it. The brain will unconsciously give the command to make the arm feel the touch of it, and the weight. These hallucinations are named XXXX-2.
These hallucinations, dubbed XXXX-3, gradually appear to XXXX-3 over several days. The first days, XXXX-3 simply remarks on the hallucinations, completely unafraid. Approximately four or five appear in this stage. Seven (7) days after exposure, XXXX-3 will develop paranoia about these hallucinations.
Two (2) weeks after exposure, XXXX-3 will attempt to destroy the hallucinations, usually harming themselves and others by accident. Subject reports that all attempts invariably fail, as the statue reappears nearby after destruction. No trace of it is left, according to subjects.
Three (3) weeks after exposure, XXXX-3 will attempt to run from the hallucinations, saying they have become animate and wish to kill him. Subject will also begin to develop schizophrenia.
Four (4) weeks after exposure, XXXX-3 will often hide in cupboards, beneath bed sheets or desks, etc. If all else is unavailable, they will sit whimpering in a corner.
Past four (4) weeks, XXXX-3 will be found dead, covered in lacerations and bite marks.
All attempts to cure affected subjects have failed. Therapy may help slightly with the mental degradation, but past week four (4) no subjects survive.
