Special Containment Procedures: SCP-5116 is to be contained in a 6x6x7m room made out of titanium-steel alloy. Every year, a class D is to be let in the room, to wear them for 5 minutes straight, if a mistake is made, it can cause an XK End-of-the-World Scenario.
Description: SCP-5116 are headphones, made by Beats™, preferably, the Beats EP model. If they are worn by a living creature, it will die in a year. If no one wears them for a year, they will wipe out humanity by letting out a white noise of 198⁵dB.
Incidents: SCP-5116-1. A Class D personnel was let into SCP-5116's room to perform the containment procedure. After exactly a year, D-3188 started to hear lound noise, with the volume rising. At the 5 minute point of observation, D-3188's body started to shake. At the 7 minute mark, D-3188 collapsed on the floor, screaming in pain. At the 9 minute mark, D-3188's vital organs started to fail. At the 10 minute mark D-3188's vital organs failed, leading to his immediate death.
