Humanoid creature that is a Serial killer
The creature needs to feed off terror or it will die, as for this reason the creature will choose to target who have witnessed an terrible event.
The creature will kill its victims in a ritual way by removing the eyes and tongue from the victim, also the creature will place the body of the victim to a wall and start carving occult symbols on the body, the creature will leave the symbol of xxxx in the blood of its victim as its calling card
The Scp foundation has no't been able to capture this creature as it has been able to outsmart the foundation, but the foundation have found documents and other info left by the creature at the scenes of the killings.

this article will show the view of the scp as this is not been done before for a scp, also the view of victims and Scp agents who have survived an encounter with this creature.
