Physical Description: Consult attached photograph for visual reference. Object 0054 appears to be a vaguely humanoid figure constructed of concrete approximately 2.5 metres tall and weighing about 2.48221 tonnes. X-ray and magnetic imaging confirms the presence of iron reinforcement bars arranged as a rough skeletal structure, and details are painted on with aerosol spray paint of an unknown make. At all times, Object 0054 appears standing on two thin «legs», with two equally thin «Arms» held in front of it. The figure is rigid when observed and interacted with, similar to standard construction concrete.
Abnormal Behaviour Description: Obj. 0054 exhibits several abnormal behaviours listed below. ███████████ ███ ████ ███████.
- Obj. 0054 is capable of movement when not observed. The movement has been described to be unusually fast, able to move about █.█ m/s (See experiment log 0054-4) when not observed. No mechanism allowing the Object to move has been observed. When the Object is left alone in its cell, a scraping sound can be heard from within the chamber. This behaviour is not replicated when Obj. 0054 is moving with humans present.
- Obj. 0054 is extremely hostile, and will use every chance to kill by means of twisting the head violently with sufficient force to sever the spinal cord in the neck. How or why Obj. 0054 does this is not understood, as it will not move when observed in any manner. Obj. 0054 has not been observed to attack any other living organism (see experiment log 0054-2) It is not known to be sapient despite this, and it does not seem capable of communication.

- Obj. 0054 seems to produce a red-brown substance at an unknown rate. Testing of this substance confirms it is composed of human blood and faecal matter in an approximate 50/50 ratio. This substance is not known to possess any anomalous properties.
- Despite the thin leg appendages of Obj. 0054, it will always stand upright. Any attempt to tip it over has been met with failure. During movement on ██/██/19██, the Object fell out of a lifting harness. The object landed straight on its feet. Dr. █████████ ███████ compared the effect to a gyroscope.
Detention Specifications: Object 0054 is to be kept in the specially designed Detention Cell 54 at Facility-3 ██████. When handling Obj. 0054 no less than 5 staff are to be present in the Detention cell. Once per month, Obj. 0054 is to be moved between detention cell A and B. The purpose of this is to clean out the substance mentioned above. The substance after cleaning is to be taken to the facility incinerator. The roof crane and harness are to be used so Obj. 0054 can be moved between the cells, only during handling is Detention Cell 54 A and B to be monitored by the means of CCTV. Detention Cell 54 A and B are to remain locked at all times, with entry and exit being the only exception.
Obj. 0054 History.
Early November 1965 the authorities were notified of several murders in the ███████ ████████ area in Berlin. On the 10th of November, the Office was contacted as a strange statue was standing in the street of ████████████, blocking traffic passing through. After an altercation and the death of 7 people, 2 of them civilians and 5 of them police and Office staff, the item was brought to Facility-3 ██████.
Due to bureaucratic complications, Obj. 0054 was kept 6 months in a temporary holding cell and forgotten about. The clean-up operation was deemed preventable and expensive, administrator ████ ██████████ dismissed indefinitely.

As of 08/04/19██ Obj. 0054 is no longer in SRG detention. Investigation into its disappearance is ongoing. ████████████████████████████. Locating and retrieving Obj. 0054 is a B-class priority.
