Special Containment Procedures: When Scp-xxxx manifests it is to be arrested there is no way to contain Scp-xxxx as until it is triggered the Scp isn’t physical. Currently a coverup is in effect for the city of Derry in Northern Ireland.
When Scp-xxxx is confirmed all witnesses are to be given class-a Amnestics. The cause of death of the Victim is to be stated as Accidental death due to a nearby IRA terrorist attack.
Description: Scp-xxxx is somewhere around 13 recorded voices and apparitions in Derry, photos of the apparitions have been Identified as the 13 catholic rights demonstrators gunned down on January 30 1972 otherwise known as Bloody Sunday. Scp-xxxx will manifest when a person harms or wishes to harm a person based on only the fact that the victim is catholic. The foundation discovered the scp when multiple men of the 1st parachute battalion reported numerous soldiers who were present in Derry on January 30th began dying during the night turning up with multiple bullet wounds caused by 4.85mm rounds. over the course of 15 days, between the 13th and the 28th of march, 20 soldiers were found dead. So far 132 people have died since then.

Dr. Freidenbach: Hello captain, at ease, you may be seated..
Captain [DATA EXPUNGED]: Hello sir.
Dr. Freidenbach: as i hear it you were witness to the death of lieutenant [data expunged] tell me what happened.
Captain [DATA EXPUNGED]: yes, yes i saw it. It was around 21:00 hours We were sitting in our joint tent when a ghastly figure it..it.
Dr. Freidenbach: if you need a moment
Captain [DATA EXPUNGED]: No!, no
Dr. Friedenbach: Ok please describe the figure.
Captain [DATA EXPUNGED]: Ok, it was about 178 cm tall, it had blotches of blood on a white shirt from Multiple bullet wounds. It originally was transparent, its face was lifeless like only a dead body’s can be. Then, an instant later it became whole, its face came back to life and filled its a mix of hatred and grief before pulling a rifle and gunning him down.
Then it disappeared. In an instant it was gone.
Dr. Freidenbach: thank you. That will be all. Guards administer Amnestics and send him back to his battalion.

[DATA EXPUNGED]: of course! Of course! Well ill just get on with it then. So i was sitting at mass and the father was giving a sermon. And all of a sudden two men in all black bust down the door and started waving guns around yelling everyone down or we’re gonna kill all of you!
Dr. Freidenbach: Ok what then?
[DATA EXPUNGED]: well then this ghost appeared in front of the altar and the both of ‘em, I’ve never seen such hatred in anyone’s face as I saw in that things.
