Special Containment Procedures: SCP- is held at Site-██ in a 15 X 15 meter dimly lit concrete room. Its containment is always to be locked with an extra steel door. SCP- must always be watched by standard security cameras placed in each corner, alongside motion sensors. Specialized vents and air ducts are used to supply dry, hot air into the containment cell, preventing any form of moisture being present. All forms of liquid are to be denied access or exposure to SCP -, especially water due to its uncontrollable abilities surrounding liquids in general. Security Teams must switch every four (4) hours to prevent SCP- from manipulating staff. SCP- is to be supplied with a bed of dry hay, which has been in an airtight vacuum chamber to remove all moisture within said hay. All other requests are to be denied unless approved by 05 Personnel. If SCP- breaches containment all personnel must report it directly to Dr. Collin and 05 personnel. Evacuation of entire facility is required.
Due to its uncontrollable abilities over liquid and excessive containment breaches, it is hard to properly contain. The Foundation has only found one guaranteed way to successfully contain SCP-, An electrical induced lobotomy. An electric powered laser that will temporarily prevent electrical impulses in SCP- ‘s brain for a maximum of one (1) hour. The entity is stunned, preventing it from moving and thinking. Personal are to be equipped with stun guns. A majority of Personal find it cruel, since SCP- is a sentient being, so it is often not used. Usage of stun guns is only used under the circumstance of civilian casualties and the possibility of access to water.
Description: SCP- is a shape-shifting entity, who’s true form is a fully back male Friesian Horse (Horse Breed) standing at 17 hands (Measurement used for horses approx. 68 Inches). SCP- is observed to have 3 other forms. SCP- has been as observed as a Scottish male human as well as a Scottish female human both standing approximately 6 ft (72 inches) tall. The third form is identified as an aquatic black equine standing at 68 inches, similar to its original form, but with fins and a streamlined body used for aquatic environments. It's aquatic form has been noted to be the most deadly, with a sticky unidentified substance covering its body, that when coming in contact with another organism, It will suction and pull the organism into its body, allowing for an easier vantage point for attack. It has been noted however that going limp and cutting the edge of the skin near the contact point can reduce the chance of being attacked.
When shifting into any of these four (4) forms, it is noted to become extremely aggressive to those around it but appears to be in no pain. Transformations have been timed to range between one (1) and three (3) minutes.
SCP- has also been observed to be wearing an ornate black and silver bridle at various times, it is currently unknown where the bridle originates from or if it is a part of SCP-. SCP- has been noted to pull away and attack those who try and touch the bridle and seems to become very aggressive when the bridle is brought up. All forms of liquid especially water is to be restricted and all requests denied by order of the 05 council. SCP- has the ability to manipulate water molecules at extremely rapid rates and can multiply a single water drop into a gallon's worth of water. A single bottle of water has been observed to be enough to create a whirlpool in their containment, which then leads to a breach, as it appears to use the whirlpools as a form of transportation. It is currently unknown where it led to, as currently D-class or members of the foundation have not returned when tested or sucked in. SCP- has also been able to create tsunamis in its containment by pounding its hooves against the ground and multiplying the water molecules at such an extensive rate that it caused a small level one (1) earthquake. It is unknown how the water or other liquid molecules are multiplied, but it has been noted that biological liquids such as saliva, blood, stomach acid, etc. have no effect.

Closing Statement: SCP- crushed and killed D-4678 then proceeded to breach containment. However, the estimated 30 personal D-Class included, due to how many limbs were found exact number unknown due to intact bodies not being found. It is also noted that SCP- only speaks English with Dr. Collin, A translator is suggested and is given to anyone else interviewing SCP-.
