The Music (still thinking about the title lol)
Core Ideas and Concepts:
Mysterious album that can addict the listener to its strange and unique sound and will begin to affect them mentally until they begin to experience visions of a strange city filled with tall towers and a multicolored sky.
The band behind the album is also anomalous as they will show up for one concert per year but beyond that don't seem to exist. The concert is only accessible if you've listened to the music for a variant amount of time; seems to depend on whether you've been fully "affected" by the music yet
During the concert the affect of the music will greatly increase and a sort of portal or bridge will form to this city in an alternate dimension. Listeners for at least 4 months will be greatly compelled to cross over into the city and those that do disappear and lose all contact with the world.
Those who managed to resist the temptation to leave will find the music losing its addicting affects and will eventually find the medium through which they are playing it (CD, Digital, etc.) will be damaged or corrupted beyond repair and they wont be able to experience it again.
