Special containment procedure: SCP-XXXX is to kept in a standard humanoid containment chamber that has been soundproofed at Site-■■. Personnel interacting with SCP-XXXX must be equipped with ear plugs to counteract its effects.
As of incident ■■■■-J SCP-XXXX is to be provided with audio recording equipment. If SCP-XXXX fails to record an audio lecture for more than ■■ days, no personnel over level 1 clearance is to be allowed within 10 meters of SCP-XXXX.
Description: SCP-XXXX is a Caucasian man around 30 years of age going by the name of Michäel. SCP-XXXX claims it is the host of an internet audio lecture program called ■■■■■■. SCP-XXXX is docile and will follow directions if asked politely.
If SCP-XXXX come into contact with another human being it will greet them with "Hello my name is Michäel, I would like to talk about” at which point he will state a topic. Everyone who hears this greeting, hereafter referred to as SCP-XXXX-A instances, will be compelled to listen to SCP-XXXX. SCP-XXXX-A instances will forget all information about the topic SCP-XXXX selected. SCP-XXXX will then start a brief lecture on the topic; everything stated in this lecture will from then on permanently be perceived as true by the SCP-XXXX-A instances. When SCP-XXXX has finished its lecture it will state “Thanks for listening”, at which point the SCP-XXXX-A intrances will go back to what they were doing before being interrupted by SCP-XXXX unless compelled otherwise.
Addendum 01: Incident Report ■■■■-J: On ■■/■■/2010, approximately ■■ days after its containment, SCP-XXXX seemed to develop temporary telepathic abilities. It used this ability to communicate its guards to convince them to let it out. SCP-XXXX then roamed through Site-■■ finally reaching the cantine where, after a short lecture, he convinced them that he was falsely contained and that he should be released.
After ■ hours security personnel successfully quelled the uprising and SCP-XXXX was recontained.
When recontained, SCP-XXXX's telepathic abilities seemed to have dissipated. Dr.■■■■■■ theorized that SCP-XXXX was actively trying quell its abilities by lecturing to people.
Following this theory SCP-XXXX was provided with an audio recording system for it to create audio lectures and share them live to a platform named ■■■■■■■, a secure database only accessible to Level 3 personnel in which all of the recordings are stored before being transcribed to paper.
Potential termination methods or alternate containment procedures in the event SCP-XXXX's abilities were to grow too vast are currently being researched.
Addendum 02: Audio Lectures and Associated Effects:

Video 1 (Epirus):
Transcript: In this lecture SCP-XXXX explains that because of the way the moon revolves around the earth our perception of time is diluted during solar eclipses. This lapse of time lasting exactly ■■ days goes by unnoticed by humans and therefore, unaccounted for in out calculation of time. This lapse of time, which SCP-XXXX claims is named Epirus, does not happen at a fixed point each year and is split in two halves during the year.
Effect: During post transcript interview D-6521 claimed 13 months existed and insisted the year was 1850. He kept this belief even when informed that he was only born in 19■■.
Video 2 (The Color Red):
Transcript: In this lecture SCP-XXXX claims that the color red does not exist since light with the wavelength and frequency the color red would require to exist could not be perceived by the human eye.
Effect: in the post transcript interview D-7812 claimed that he could not perceive the color red. When shown a document written in red ink D-7812 claimed that the page was blank.
Note: Research into if D-7812 was truly incapable of seeing the color red or simply convinced himself that what he saw was not true is under research.
Video 3 (Quantum Physics):
Transcript: In this lecture SCP-XXXX explains the theory of quantum in depth going into detail only top scientist in the field could understand.
Effect: D-7492, despite lacking a highschool diploma, developed an in-depth knowledge of quantum physics.
Note: A request for the use of video 3 to give foundation members an in depth knowledge of quantum physics has been request and is pending approval.
Video 4 (Javascript):
Transcript: In this lecture SCP-XXXX teaches Javascript.
Effect: D-6320 can code in javascript perfectly despite never coding before listening to the lecture.
Note: Request for the use Video 4 on foundation personnel pending approval.
Video 5 (Latin):
Transcript: In this lecture SCP-XXXX teaches Latin.
Effect: D-4209 developed the ability to fluently speak Latin.
Note: The extent of SCP-XXXX's knowledge in dead or unknown languages as yet to be determined. A request for the use of video 5 to teach foundation members latin is pending approval.
Video 6 (SCP-426):
Transcript: In this lecture SCP-XXXX talks about me in depth.
Effect: D-6221 developed a complete knowledge about me. This information included information the foundation was not acquainted with.
Note: Research on how SCP-XXXC came to know about me and on if the information it provided is factual is in progress.
Video 7 (The Meaning Of Life):
Transcript: *THE MEANING OF LIFE*
Effect: D-0127 watched the video in its entirety then wrote in large letter across the paper “The Meaning Of Life” before proceeding to bash his head against the desk. D-0127 died shortly after security personnel intervened.
Note: A request for a second attempt at transcribing video 7 has been requested and is pending approval.

Dr.■■■■■■: Hello, SCP-XXXX how are you feeling?
SCP-XXXX: Dazed but glad I finally had the chance to talk to someone.
Dr.■■■■■■: SCP-XXXX why did you not inform us of your telepathic abilities when you were first contained
SCP-XXXX: Please call me Michäel, and if I am completely honest with you I had no Idea I was telepathic.
Dr.■■■■■■: Fine Michäel, tell me then how it is possible that you didn't know you had telepathic abilities and why not use them sooner or even at this very moment?
SCP-XXXX: I never had access to these abilities until yesterday and I don't have access to them now either. I do not know why these abilities came to me so suddenly or why they left as quickly.
Dr.■■■■■■: How can I tell you aren't lying to get our guard down and then pull one of your lectures on us? After all you did attempt to escape.
SCP-XXXX: You can't, however, you need to understand how hard it is to be contained to a cell 24 hours a day. I am a social person and I am being deprived of any and all social interactions.
Dr.■■■■■■: I'm sorry but we can't let a mind altering SCP just walk around. You are too dangerous.
SCP-XXXX: Well then can you at least send someone to talk to me now and then? The guards won't humor me when I ask to talk.
Dr.■■■■■■: We will see what we can do. But it might be hard for my higher ups to trust you considering you broke containment.
