UIU File 2020-749: Case File “Skippers Gone Bad”
Summary:
The SCP Foundation has declared a mission statement of “extinction of the human race.” They are now conducting warfare against all of humanity.
Name: The SCP Foundation, or The Foundation
Irregularity Cross-reference: Hostile, Organisation, Worldwide, Unprovoked, Sudden
Organisation Description: Worldwide organisation dedicated to containing anomalous items and organisms. Normally observes neutral-to-good relations with the UIU. The Foundation has worked with the UIU and other groups in the past to achieve a common goal.
Capabilities: The SCP Foundation is a globe-spanning organisation with millions of members working for them. In addition, they possess hundreds of thousands combat-trained soldiers at their disposal. Many of the anomalies they have under their are extremely destructive and/or hostile.
Purpose/Motive: Currently Unknown. Attempts to contact the Foundation have been met with radio silence. Other organisations with relations to the Foundation such as the Global Occult Coalition are also unaware of their motives and have been so-far unsuccessful in contacting the Foundation.
Modus Operandi: The SCP Foundation has mobilised their armed forces across the globe and are attacking civilian areas. Anomalies are being utilised for mass destruction in addition to the above-mentioned armed forces.
Behavior: Mobilised units are calculated and strategic. Released anomalies are hyper aggressive and extremely dangerous.

History of UIU Action:
02/01/2020: The SCP Foundation sends their final message worldwide. Multiple reports of anomalies being released into high-density civilian areas are received. The Global Occult Coalition (or GOC) contacts the UIU and holds an emergency meeting. The transcript for this meeting is attached below.
