Special Containment Procedures: Each of the SCP-0000's rooms is to be paneled with lead osmium-iridium alloy. These walls are to be soundproofed, preferably with soundboards. All sounds heard from SCP-0000 while inside the containment area are to be disregarded under every circumstance. The room is to be continually filled with black smoke able to block SCP-0000 from vision. Should SCP-0000 be visible it must be considered a potential threat under Kohari Protocol-0000 and personnel placed on alert status.

SCP-0000 is to be held in the center of its containment cell, suspended in a Faraday cage. Its mouth is to be covered with a sealed oxygen mask with 45ppm of Nitrous Oxide. SCP-0000 is to be blindfolded completely covering its eyes and forehead. SCP-0000's head is to be monthly shaved while keeping the eyes and tattoo covered. Both legs of SCP-0000 are to be chained and pulled separate from each other. Both arms of SCP-0000 are to be tied together and pulled back, blocking the back of SCP-0000 from activating and closing its palms together. Its neck is to be chained pulling in the opposite direction of the arms, forcing SCP-0000 is to be facing down. Each of the SCP-0000 instances is to be kept at least 100m from one another.

Exposure Contingency Protocol Alpha:
Close all bulkheads, remove nearby non-essential personnel.
Send in a Security Detachment with electrical, radioactive, sonic, thermal, and kinetic PPE and standard riot gear. SKW-017 (Standard Kinetic Weaponry) advised. Treat the entity with extreme prejudice as hostile and dangerous. Entity death is acceptable unacceptable. Security Detachment should be advised on the dangers of SCP-0000's Halo, Damocles, and Servitor instances.

Only four instances of SCP-0000-Damocles are allowed to exist per entity. Each is to be held away from SCP-0000 in telekinetic and radioactive hazardous containment lockers and within its sheath. All spare scabards are to be kept in a standard containment locker in a vacuum containment locker with, telekill and anti-radiation lining. Material testing is ongoing. No personnel is permitted to touch any instance of SCP-0000-Damocles or their sheaths without proper protective gear, especially skin contact.

Notice: As of 09/18/1999, the four remaining instances of SCP-0000 have ceased escape attempts and resistance, becoming mostly inert. Two security detachment per instance is to be held on standby. Containment is to be slowly relaxed, with chains allowed to be loosened and blindfolds unnecessary. If travel is requested, SCP-0000 instances are to wear a ferrous-lead alloy-lined straightjacket and weighted down and be escorted by an assigned agent, who has a rapport with the instance, and knowledge of the dangers of SCP-0000 and its manifestations, both intentional and unintentional. If they request sleep, twin-sized mattresses are to be provided, alongside medical restraints. Force is unnecessary, they will cooperate. Food is allowed, but it should be noted is not required. Video meeting with other instances is permitted, require review and oversight. Due to SCP-0000's minimal speech capabilities, interviews have been deemed temporarily impossible.

Description: There are 13 6 4 known surviving instances of SCP-0000. They seem physically human with blue-tinged skin and black hair. Genetic analysis has proven inconclusive towards any species or even kingdom, with DNA matching multiple kingdoms². These instances possess thaumaturgical powers, allowing plasma arcs, some kind of hard light substance, and telekinetic control over SCP-0000-Damocles instances as well as the summoning of further Damocles instances.

Each instance of SCP-0000 wears SCP-0000-Aureole (a body plate armor of an unknown make and composition), with resistance to most thaumaturgical attacks. This armor can only be reliably penetrated by focused high caliber kinetic rounds and is resistant to most melee, shrapnel, explosive, thermal, electrical, and radioactive damage. Each instance possesses a tattoo of what appears to be a thorned crown with an eye in the center which can manifest an SCP-0000-Halo instance. Each instance of both SCP-0000-Damocles and SCP-0000-Halo display intelligent possibly sapient behavior and independence from SCP-0000. Instances of SCP-0000-Damocles can only be destroyed by another instance of SCP-0000-Damocles or SCP-0000-Halo. Each instance of SCP-0000-Halo and set of SCP-0000-Damocles manifest or come with an instance of SCP-0000-Servitor.

Addendum-0000-2: Manifest Descriptions

SCP-0000-Damocles

SCP-0000-Damocles is a telekinetic cruciform blade. It appears to glow a bright yellow when exposed to high energy in the forms of heat, light, electricity, and sound and will dim overtime to a black with up to 95% light absorption. Its color reflects the object's telekinetic strength. SCP-0000 can manifest at a minimum of four SCP-0000-Damocles, and up to 16 instances. Any destruction of the minimum four will result in a violent response from SCP-0000. Its main threats come from high heat, radiation, blinding illumination, sharpness, and shrapnel from broken blades.

Jacket: The jacket of the scabbard has been tested and appears to be nonanomalous. Its exact composition is uncertain. It appears to be made of some alloy, akin to Damascus steel.

Sheath: The sheath is composed of a composite carbon buckminsterfullerene and boron nitride nanotube paper. This paper is able to regenerate from most physical damage via alchemical transmutation of nearby air.

Sheath Lining: The sheath lining seems to serve a sharpening purpose, made with a liquid time/choreographic colloidal nanocrystal and superfluid complex, continually flowing, constricting, and loosening around a blade placed within the sheath.

In the event of a containment breach, target prioritization is Level 4 (On Sight)

SCP-0000-Aureole

SCP-0000-Aureole is the designation for the activated form of the body plate armor and under armor worn by SCP-0000 instances. This activation is caused by any damage taken by SCP-0000. The activation changes the material, chemical, and electrical properties. The armor seems to shimmer and flow, though only visually, physically it remains the same. It visually matches a far darker Damascus steel and Adamantite. It seems to have limited regenerative capabilities. After sustaining heavy damage it will regularly create voltaic arcs and plasma scattering, moderately able to deflect attacks.

Plate Armor: The temporary composition of the plates seems to be similar to that of an ultra-high carbon alloy. It is highly thermally and electrically conductive and dispersive of medium kinetic energy. Limited material testing has shown the presence of layered, interwoven, and meshed carbon and boron-nitride nanotubes and buckypaper similar to that of anomalous microalloyed Damascus steel³. Its crystalline structure is a complex metamaterial with repeating fractal patterns, suspected to be related to its thaumaturgic or radioactive dispersal abilities.

Under armor: There is limited data about the under the armor of SCP-0000. What can be seen is a ceramic-based brigandine over gambeson. Within the gambeson is a suspected to contain non-newtonian reactive nanocrystal complex, similar to that of the inner sheath of SCP-0000-Damocles. The purpose is hypothosized to be force absorption and distribution. These properties have been experimentally observed.

Due to the abilities of SCP-0000-Aureole, in the event of a containment breach, its target prioritization is Negative 1 (When Absolutely Necessary).

SCP-0000-Halo

SCP-0000-Halo appears to be a glowing thorned crown floating above the head of the instance of SCP-0000. A single SCP-0000-Servitor instance stays in the center of the "Halo." It is manifested from the forehead tattoo of a similar image, appearing like a third eye, common in Hindi and Buddist faiths. Its glow is likewise connected to its level of telekinetic strength, with its lowest strength resting on the head of the SCP-0000 or seemingly stored in the tattoo. Its glow is matched with the glow of the tattoo. When at moderate strength it can manifest electric arcs and electric sparks. It has little heat, and while containing sharp thorns, they have not ever been used offensively, though it was used to "crown" [DATA EXPUNGED].

In the event of a containment breach, its target prioritization is Level 2 (At Will).

SCP-0000-Servitor

SCP-0000-Servitor is unlike both of the other manifestations of SCP-0000. It has no offensive capabilities, but rather seems to act as a hub or nexus. It can relay and amplify other weaponry and attacks but has no abilities of its own. It seems to be required to maintain the links between SCP-0000 and their other manifests.

There is evidence of moderate to high sophantism⁵ within Servitor instances. Testing of this is [DATA EXPUNGED]

In the event of a containment breach, its target prioritization is Level 3 ().

SCP-0000-Tantalus

SCP-0000-Tantalus is a humanoid form. It possesses enhanced durability, endurance, and a seeming lack of pain. It can be distinguished from its prior form by the black eyes, and pale skin. It is manifested after skin contact with either the inside of the sheaths of SCP-0000-Damocles or direct contact with SCP-0000. No entities are allowed to persist.

In the event of a containment breach, its target prioritization is Level 5 (With Extreme Prejudice).

SCP-0000-Egregore

SCP-0000-Egregore is the result of "crowning" by SCP-0000-Halo. While physically similar to SCP-0000-Tantalus, the effects and abilities are far more potent. Whether it counts as a new and more powerful instance [FURTHER DATA EXPUNGED]

In the event of a containment breach, its target prioritization is Level 7 (At All Costs).

Update: The six remaining instances have become mostly inert and have seemingly reverted to a state before their transformation. They possess little of their original power, while still possessing some ability, they act hesitant to use it. Their reverted states are described below.

SCP-0000-3: A human female of Aramaic descent. Physically weak and possessing numerous bruises. Communication attempts are ongoing, as is language training.

SCP-0000-4-6: Both are human males of Aramaic descent. Moderately built. Equally bruised, possessing far more scar tissue⁶. Communication attempts are ongoing, as is language training.

SCP-0000-7: An SCP-1000 instance. Transferred.

SCP-0000-9: [DATA EXPUNGED BY 05 REQUEST]. Terminated.

SCP-0000-12: A tall humanoid clay statue, with writings in Middle Aramaic. Further studies have shown no anomalous abilities, and the associated SCP-0000-Damocles instances have shattered. Neutralized and remains stored.

Alpeh12: Yes, I understand this is one of the many protocols of your foundation. I will cooperate, to the best of my ability.

Thelm: My thanks again, Professor. Shall we begin?

Alpeh12: Of course. The 17 artifacts appear to be completely inert. Their resemblance to the recordings of the true Fae⁷ is completely uncanny. There is writing that can be seen on the backs, forehead, and hands. This writing is similar though not identical to those found in [REDACTED PER PROTOCOL 4000-ESHU]. They may be made by Fae of differing lineage or perhaps by some followers of Fae. We do know that the Deva culture originally used a similar script to this, perhaps a language family. Given our current location, this is not impossible.

Thelm: Professor, I was wondering if you could tell me more about the many blades we found behind their backs.

Aleph12: Ahh, yes, the blades. They were laid out in pattern matching wings. They seemed almost connected. Picking one up was a bit like pulling magnets apart. They were all held in these beautiful scabbards. Clearly of custom make. The blades were difficult to remove from the scabbards safely, but we were able to achieve it. They are simply made of black glass, almost like obsidian, but far more brittle. Their purpose is yet unknown but after leaving one out, we found it's properties had changed dramatically. They glowed.

Thelm: Could you please tell us about your take on the purpose of these devices?

Aleph12: To be perfectly honest, I'm not entirely sure. We haven't so much as touched them of course, your- what was it?

Thelm: Kohari Protocol.

Alpeh12: Yes, Kohori Protocol, demands the highest of security. We have used remote methods with some of your drones to interact with the blades. They just float above the ground like a superconductor. Certainly, they could have a military function, but with these statues, it may be a ritual. Perhaps a sign of respect for a warrior leader, similar to those in burial chambers in Egypt or the Terracotta Army of China. With the similarities to some regional psychopomps, I wouldn't be surprised if it was a method of communing with the dead.

Thelm: Yes, professor, but I was particularly interested in your personal theory. The staff has spread some rumors

Alpeh12: Well, you've caught me. I try to keep my own conjecture quiet, but it appears my excitement has gotten the better of me. I think these statues may have similar properties to the blades. Perhaps they may be activated in a similar matter. With the collection of the blades and the armor on very specific locations of these statues, I believe that there may be far more that these statues are capable of. With the location of these statues and the location of the nearby dig site that you have also taken over, I believe these may be guards. Psi31: I'll get straight to it then. Their weaponry is truly astonishing. Their ability to levitate and quite possibly telekinetically control the blades as well as the strange thorned crown of theirs. As to their Fae Ancestry, I believe the script tattooed on their flesh as well as their glyphs, can easily point to a Fae relation at the very least. Why the Fae would have had such potent guards, must point to the significance of the area. So if they telepathically charged, and that's a big if, cause you'd need a whole lot of glyphs to even get a golem charged telepathically, especially given the level of psionic understanding of the time, even for the Fae. But, if they are, that makes containment a whole lot easier. Just telekinetically seal them, doesn't even have to be a thick plating. You could probably get away with a few millimeters even with lead-telekill instead of pure telekill.

Background: The previous attack had created a better understanding of the relationship between the Anakim and the attackers, hereby designated as GoI-Gaunt. The majority of recording devices had been electronically damaged despite electromagnetic shielding. Interviews with witnesses collaborate with the given area.

Description: 3 Anakim easily emerged from and moved down and began attacking the GoI-Gaunt. [DATA CORRUPTED]. It should be noted that both of their anomalous abilities were significantly diminished as they moved closer together. The Anakim engaged in sword and hand to hand combat, where the were far superior and [DATA REDACTED] GoI-Gaunt. Afterward, the Anakim withdrew back to the mountain where they were successfully contained.

Current SitRep: Entities successfully subdued, no entities lost. Minor casualties and damage. Analysis of the combat area shows fur and unusually high Hume levels. No anomaly cleanup required.

A small security detachment equipped with high caliber arms is to be stationed from the sunrise to sunset aside from nights with a New Moon. On nights with a Full Moon heavy arms are required. Do not engage during the daytime. No explorations allowed.

Description: Area-214 appears to be an early prototype of an Exclusionary Site. The area is covered by unknown flora and fauna. It seemingly has a large underground complex leading to the mouth and ritual area of the complex. According to early surveys, the underground complex is covered in ruins and sigils. There are many skeletons matching those of the Fae, Homo Sapiens, and Noctis Filii.

The stonework and ground show signs of intense battles involving primitive bronze age weaponry, anomalous metals, and other anomalous artifacts. Tachyonic readings show possible temporal weaponry, with Tesselon readings showing similar results.

Anomalously during the night, the skeletal remains will [DATA EXPUNGED] and begin to [DATA EXPUNGED]. It is unknown whether this effect is only to the skeletons present or if it could affect any new remains. This is not allowed to be tested.

The leading theory of the Area Director and Demiurge is that this was built by Sasquatches prior to their revolution or during the time of their purge as a means of protection. It is possible that there are many more remote locations similar to this.
