Item #: SCP-5405 (The one who walks in the dark)

Object Class: Euclid

Special Containment Procedures: SCP-5405 is to be contained in an enhanced steel room with 6 by 6 by 3 meters dimensions. Bright lights are to be installed and on the ceiling and sides of the contaiment cell. Every time any lighting malfunction occurs the light must be replaced while headlights are being pointed at SCP-5405 by an available MTF Team or a group of 5 facility guards. Besides the lights and radios all electronics must be kept away from SCP 5405 at all times. It does not require feeding or cleaning.

Description: SCP-5405 is a lizard like entity with it's dimensions are 2 meters in length, 0.75 meters in width and 0.6 meters in height. It's skin is a dark gray to black in color while it has fish like scales all over it's body aprox thickness of the scales is warying but mostly from 1 to 1.5 centimetres. It's tail is 0.7 metres in length by itself as it seems smooth but upon closer inspection it is actually filled with spikes.
SCP-5405 can change the look of it's tail as it is mostly smooth with one spike at it's end. When fighting any living object it may create more spikes forming it's tail into a sort of mace or it could shoot them out at high speeds. If the victim is still alive after the impact of a spike the blood will not couagulate and the wound will become irritated causing the victim to start scratching uncontrolably untill they make the wound even more lethal and bleed to death. The only currently known weakness of SCP-5405 is exposure to bright light as it's skin will begin tu turn white and SCP-5405 will remain imobilised untill the light source becomes weak enough or dissappears, then it will shed it's skin creating a new one and begin moving through shadows while looking through any electronics. It is believed that it can somehow manipulate electronics and even cause small scale EMP under the right circumstances yet there is still not enough data and further testing will prove more.

Please send feedback of any sort I'd like some advice too !))
