Special Containment Procedures:SCP-4583 is to be surrounded by a spherical perimeter 40 miles in diameter that is patrolled by one hundred security officers distributed across 50 █████ vehicles. These officers are to patrol the spherical perimeter at all times by driving around the edge of the perimeter. All aircraft activity is denied within this perimeter. Warning signs are placed along the perimeter 500m apart from each other warning all citizen personal not to enter the perimeter. All active citizens are to be denied of access to the perimeters edge. Any citizen that ignores the demands of the foundation will be enforced to leave the area by police force and if that fails security officer personal are to use deadly force to stop the citizen from seeing or interacting with SCP-4583. All personal working within the perimeter must have level 3 security clearances and any new foundation personal willing to enter the perimeter must have level 4 security clearance. All containment procedures are to hide SCP-4583 from the public to make sure no information of SCP-4583 is released.

Tenth of November 2008: SCP-4583 appears at ██████ █████ south California, United States of America. SCP-4583 is a geometrically perfect sphere that is 20 miles in diameter. The center of the sphere is estimated to be located at the ██████ █████ nuclear power plant. No evidence supports that SCP-4583 is hollow. The surface of SCP-4583 appears to be non-opaque. However the light that comes from within SCP-4583 seems to be
