Special containment procedures: when SCP-5118 is in the SCP-5118/2 form, it has to be contained in a 5x5 cell made of iron without any contact from the outside, except for an iron door, witch has to be locked. This cell is located in site-90. When SCP-5118 is in the SCP-5118/1 form, he can freely roam in the site, or stay in his cell, if he desire to. The cell only has a desk, some papers and a two meters long bed. It Also has 4 chains attached to the floor. SCP-5118 has to wear these chains as long as he is in the SCP-5118/2 form. During all day, at least 2 guards has to stay at the entreance of SCP-5118's cell.
Description: SCP-5118 are 2 separate entities who share the same humanoid body. This body is 2 meters tall, and has no hair. On the head there are 5 plastic pipes that connect the brain of SCP-5118 to the arms, the legs and the back of the body. SCP-5118 wears a white coat, a black shirt and a pair of jeans. He also wear a pair of black gloves while he is in the SCP-5118/1 form. His face doesn't have a nose, and his eyes are completly black, without any tipe of pupil or horny. While SCP-5118/1 controls the body, his behaviors are polite and calm, and he show interess in the foundation's scientific experiments.
SCP-5118/1 calls himself "The Doctor" and claims to be the most intelligent being ever.
He also claims to know perfectly the past, the present and the future as well.
After several exams and tests, doctor [REDACTED] confirmed that SCP-5118/1's IQ is 645 and that he really know everything about the past and present. However, as various tests confirmed, SCP-5118/1's future vision exist, but it isn't always correct.
SCP-5118/1 can leave his cell and even help Foundation's scientists, as his marvelous brain is a precious resource.
However, at least 2 guards always have to follow SCP-5118/1's movements to prevent any incidents that involve SCP-5118/1's trasformation into SCP-5118/2.
When SCP-5118/2 is in control, the body has some various changes. The teeth grow out of proporsion and becomes pointed, fingers becomes dangerous claws and his ability to speak completly disappears. SCP-5118/2 is incredibly strong and can break almost every tipe of metals, except for iron. The reason for this weakness is unknown. Even if SCP-5118/2 can't talk, he showed some traits of intelligent, and he demonstrate his abilities as a hunter. SCP-5118/2 hunts and kills just for fun, as he never eats any part of the victim's body. When asked about SCP-5118/2 to SCP-5118/1, he answered that it is called "The Creation", and that he is the failed part of his experiment.
