Level 2: Information presents a major mundane, non-anomalous, danger. Examples include files and information that can likely cause a CK-Class Broken Masquerade scenario.
Level 3: Information presents a minor, non-lethal anomalous danger that has non-anomalous symptoms.
Level 4: Information presents a moderate, non-lethal danger that manifests as non-anomalous symptoms.
Level 5: Information presents a major, potentially lethal danger that manifests as non-anomalous symptoms.
Level 6: Information presents a severe, lethal danger that manifests as non-anomalous symptoms.
Level 7: Information presents a minor, anomalous danger that manifests anomalously.
