Special Containment Procedures: SCP-1439 seems to enjoy living within a small castle like room that reminds him of Prussia in the mid 1920’s. This keeps his PTSD calm and his mood mild. If he gets to stressed the gas will begin to spread wildly and need containment immediately. The room is layered with an outside cover to keep gas from exiting the containment and vents are regulated periodically as to repair corrosion.
Description: A human male around 16-18 years of age who has a mask permanently fixed to their face. No amount of effort from the foundation can seem to remove it, and deadly gas covers the room when attempted. Anyone who he dislikes or is seen as hostile is gassed and dies within a 10ft radius even with gas masks on as the gas seems to hold a acidic nature burning through them and metal with ease. Further research required as to where the gas comes from in the body, and if there is a more secure and safe way to experiment further with the subjects body without personnel and equipment being destroyed and or killed.
Addendum: This Soldier was known via the German archives to be a man born in [Redacted] Eastern Prussia who joined the German army in 1914 to fight in the 1st WW. During a trench run an unknown prototype gas used by the Germans fused his mask into his face the gas then attached to him permanently. The location and origin of this gas is still unknown. However, site officials are looking in [REDACTED] Poland for signs of the gas and or its origin. SCP 1439 is able to kill anyone within a 10ft radius of him with a surge of gas spreading from his masks breathing area. During WWII in [REDACTED] it is said that this man managed to fight against the German army with the Polish resistance using his mask to defeat the German army in France and Poland. He was found in [REDACTED] Poland and brought back to the facility for further testing.

Foreword: Here I am interviewing SCP-1439 about his life before the gas had entered his body. However, he seems to dodge the question.
<Begin Log, October 24th, 8:05 AM>
Dr. Grimmig: “Hello SCP-1439, I am Dr. Grimmig I would like to ask you some questions about your time before your “events”.”
SCP-1439: “What is it you would like to know Doctor? I am 121 or 122 years old, the years are getting longer and longer, anyways I was born at [Redacted] Eastern Prussia and was a soldier in the 1st and 2nd World War.”
Dr. Grimmig: “Thank you for that information. However, I would like to ask next why all the other interviewers we sent you were sent back except for me?”
SCP-1439: “That is simple Doctor, I trust you more then anyone else here. Your the one who found me, and you helped me get passed my PTSD so I would be able to stay here without harming people. I thank you for that because I do not like doing that.”
Dr. Grimmig: “Very well thank you for your time sadly I must get going, but I will tell the foundation of your requests. Do you still think you need a therapist?”
SCP-1439: “Yes I believe so.”
Dr. Grimmig “Very well ending log.”
<End Log, October 24th, 9:00 AM>Closing Statement: I will say that SCP-1439 seems to be a very caring SCP compared to others, he seems to be willing to talk to us and wishes to stay contained for others sake as stated in past interviews. However, his friendly nature has gotten guards in trouble for talking to him. We will need to make sure the room is sound proof and only give certain trusted guards access. Further more, I do recommend a therapist for the SCP as it may lower his PTSD and chance of gas being released.
