Special Containment Procedures: SCP-5064 must be contained in a small glass container located in a dark room. The room is to be kept under surveillance 24/7 with no exceptions, as well as guarded by at least 10 military personnel which are proven to be of highest loyalty towards The Foundation. Surveillance and guards are to be equipped with a night vision, guards must also wear decontamination suit in order to not get affected by SCP-5064. No light sources are to be near SCP-5064 as it starts to burn, one page at a time. The location of SCP-5064 must [DATA REDACTED] only available to [DATA EXPUNGED].

No personnel of any level of clearance are allowed to enter the containment room unless they are directly ordered/approved by O5-1 at least 3 members of O5-Council.

Description: SCP-5064 is a file containing detailed information about beginning of The Foundation and actual foundation of The Foundation. It is written on a ordinary A4 format of papers, regular pencil was used without usage of printer or other machinery. It is approximately 20cm of thickness containing more than one thousand sheets of papers within. The file contains confidential information about O5-Council, including their names, heights, weights, blood type, birthplaces, birthdays etc. It is constantly leaking a strong radiation (in form of gas, travels through air) that keeps increasing over time (about 0.5 per week, currently around LD80/2).  It is yet unknown where does the radiation come from, since any experimentations on SCP-5064 are strictly forbidden (since "Experiment A"), as well as any contact with the file (touching it, reading the file, attempt of destroying the file or stealing it will all result in immediate [DATA REDACTED].

Dr. █████████ requested: a single Class D personnel for testing purposes on SCP-5064 (REQUEST GRANTED), night vision equipment for testing purposes on SCP-5064 (REQUEST GRANTED).

Experiment summary: Class D personnel is to enter the containment room and approach SCP-5064. After being in close proximity to it, he puts the night vision on and reads the first page of the file out loud. The subject is then ordered to leave the containment room which he refuses, saying he needs to know more. Subject is then terminated by military personnel guarding the SCP.

Dr. █████████: Greetings, can you confirm your position?

Class D-3671: My w-what?

Dr. █████████: Your position… Your, clearance level in The Foundation?

Class D-3671: I don't have [DATA REDACTED] clue what are you talking about.

Dr. █████████: Language, please (pause), can you confirm you are being regarded as a Class-D personnel?

Class D-3671: (heavy breathing) Yes, I'm being regarded as a Class D personnel…

Dr. █████████: In front of you are several sheets of papers, approach them.

Class D-3671: It's so [DATA REDACTED] dark in here (heavy breathing)!

Dr. █████████: Calm your breathing, room is filled with radiation.

Class D-3671: (yelling) THE ROOM IS WHAT!?!?

Dr. █████████: I said calm down, you will be treated after the experiment is over, now proceed towards the object!

Class D-3671: (mumbling) I've reached something, it feels almost as a book, I can feel the pages at least…

Dr. █████████: Excellent, now, open the file and read the first sentence, you are allowed to put the night vision equipment on.

Subject proceeds to put the night vision on.

Class D-3671: It's on now, I'll start to read: [DATA EXPUNGED]

Approximately two and half minutes later.

Dr. █████████: Experiment is now over, leave the containment room, immediately.

Class D-3671: Wait… Just a few more minutes…

Dr. █████████: (pauses) If you don't leave immedia-

Class D-3671: (yelling) NO! I will NOT leave until I finish reading the file! [DATA EXPUNGED]

Subject was terminated shortly after the incident because of severe aggression. Several days later Dr. █████████ requested another Class D for the experiment, but was rejected by the O5-Council.
