My explained SCP's:
SCP-7272
I've been doing research on SCP-7272 for quite a while now, an I have a full explanation of its anomalous properties. I'll divide each segment into each property, and its explanations.
The creation of portals
SCP-7272 can create portals at will, and this was thought to be voodoo psychic god magic until now. I found that SCP-7272 emits a form of mild microwave radiation. The consistency of this pattern is repetitive, like a polymer; In fact, it is so repetitive that it carries highly-charged electrons through its oscillation. This sends a small burst of electromagnetic radiation after reaching a certain point. The leftover electrons from this release are spread to the atoms in the atmosphere, which exchanges electrons in 'super-charged' ionic bonds which, in the rapid movement, forms a pool of nothingness due to the atoms carried away by the bond. This empty space superheats and creates a wormhole. This process occurs in the desired location, forming two wormholes that link in space as a result of their proximity. This creates a passage of one area to another.
The usage of portals
Usually, walking through a wormhole will rip apart your atoms' nuclei due to the sudden gravitational increase in every direction. However, the proximity of these wormholes causes them to attract toward each other as a result of their extreme gravity and proximity. Because of this, time dilation forms, allowing for the safe passage of particles to and from the wormholes.
How the portals are sustained
In the universe, wormholes are believed to wink in and out of existence. However, the wormholes present in this process are kept alive by the presence of high-powered photons being charged at them at such speeds. This means that the portals are sustained by energy passing through them, and light reflecting from them. So, in the absence of light and energy, these portals won't exist for more than a few seconds.
Pocket dimensions
Similar to beings like SCP-106, 7272 has a pocket dimension which it can connect to remotely at will. Linking back to the wormholes idea proposed by SCP-7272's portals, I am led to believe that SCP-7272 has placed a wormhole at an unknown location which emits the exact same microwave energy as SCP-7272. In theoretical terms, SCP-7272 is always connected to that portal in its dimension. This means that 7272 can concentrate this microwave radiation to an extent that its connection to the identical radiation in the pocket dimension 'outweighs' the connection to the closer wormhole.
Possible containment methods and their explanations
The 'Your Own Medicine' Prison
Since SCP-7272's pocket dimension is linked to 7272 with a constant wormhole, if 7272 was placed inside this pocket dimension, and we redirected the microwaves to the other side of the wormhole, we could have a portal that only goes inside the pocket dimension. People would be able to get in, but 7272 wouldn't be able to get out.

The "Blind man" Prison
Since the portals only work in the presence of light and energy, we could place 7272 into an isolated vacuum with no particles or energy to form portals. Of course, this would also terminate 7272 but… Who cares?
