Description:
SCP-XXXX is a military grade battery radio made by ██████ ███, the object is dark green with one black stripe on the back of the object, the object has several scratches and dents around it. (2) on the battery lid, (3) on the top of the case. SCP-XXXX has 2 batteries made by ███████ inside it, however it is noted that these batteries never die, nor leak any battery acid as per a normal battery would. SCP-XXXX Operates as a precise frequency of 54 megahertz and attempts to change radio towers to alter this results in no visible change of frequency while within 50m of SCP-XXXX. SCP-XXXX is permanently active and possesses no off switch in order to prevent a signal from being sent from the object. If spoken into, subjects will be able to speak to an individual who calls himself "Cust" or SCP-XXXX-1 provided they are within 1 metre of SCP-XXXX, this individual claims to be from 5 million years into the future and claims that he is a "Serbian Space Force" member, stating that he was a corporal. Conversations with SCP-XXXX-1 have proven to be useful and informative concerning subjects that it is questioned on by site personnel, from the future of the foundation itself to discovery of alien life by humanity to more recent events such as predicting several Keter SCP's escaping at certain times, how SCP-XXXX-1 has knowledge of these specific things is unknown. Attempts to trace the signal location and origin have been seen to crash and disrupt even the most advanced tracking equipment the foundation has. SCP-XXXX-1 does not respond to questions asked about where his current location, only that he is at "What's left of it now". SCP-XXXX-1 has been discovered to not take breaks, SCP-XXXX-1 is continuously present 24 hours a day. No breaks have been documented currently by staff. SCP-XXXX-1 claims that the the universe is collapsing and that unstable conflict between humans and increasingly hostile alien species had lead to military campaigns within space where each faction would attempt to detonate the stars that heated their solar systems therefore putting all planets into a permanent freeze. SCP-XXXX-1 claims he was a soldier for the humans, but was knocked unconscious and woke up at what it refers to as "The end of all else". SCP-XXXX claims that the foundation should "avoid making the mistakes they made here". See Interview Log SCP-XXXX-01.
Special Containment Procedures:
SCP-XXXX is to be contained in a 2 x 2 x 2 metre glass container inside of 10m x 10m x 10m room, inside Site-██ the entire room is to be soundproofed as the object is known to increase the volume and pitch randomly mid conversation for no apparent reason. There is to be a radio tower active and nearby, operating 24 hours a day operating at 54 megahertz. No cellular or other radio devices are allowed inside SCP-XXXX's containment in order to prevent signal disruption.
Test Log SCP-XXXX 1A - ██/██/████
Subject: D-3727.
Procedure: D-3727 was asked to sit next to SCP-XXXX while all radio signals and cellular towers were turned off within a 50 metre radius by technical personnel.
Results: D-3727 at first reported no abnormalities during a period of 3 minutes, afterwards he reported to hear loud static noises in his ears. After 10 minutes D-3727 collapsed and fell unconcious, personnel were about to abort the test when D-3727 stood up again and stood directly up to the window where Dr Hawson was standing. D-3727 was observed to have no visible pupils and stood very stiffly and upright. D-3727 opened its mouth and the voice of SCP-XXXX-1 could be heard attempting to communicate however the mouth of D-3727 remained open and did not move during SCP-XXXX-1s attempted communication. After all cellular towers were turned on D-3727 closed, after which D-3727 collapsed into a coma.
Analysis:__ It would seem SCP-XXXX has a way as using anything it wants as a transponder even humans themselves to communicate its contact. Celluar towers should not be shut off around Site-██ in order to prevent incidents like this happening again.

Closing Statement: [It appears SCP-XXXX-1 has a personal connection towards this extinction >strategy he claims to have witnessed. SCP-XXXX must undergo further attempts to keep its audio >levels at a same level in order to allow further interview work. ]
