Special Containment Procedures: Item SCP-6115 is to be kept in a locked container at all times. When personnel must enter SCP-6115's container, no more than 2 may enter at any time and the gate is to be closed behind them. At all times, personnel must maintain a distance of approximately 7 meters from SCP-6115 and wear level A hazmat suits at all times to maintain oxygen levels of 19-23 percent.

Description: SCP-6115 is a wooden box with a length of 7.9 inches, width of 4.5 inches, and a height
of 3 inches. The contents of SCP-6115 is a small book made of cardboard and standard printing paper with the numbers [REDACTED] written on the cover in a unknown anomalous ink. The contents of the book appear to be paintings of tall black humanoids with no apparent facial features and [REDACTED] written in black ink in any blank page, the paint and ink used is seemingly indestructible and any attempts to destroy SCP-6115 and its contents have been unsuccessful. Any personnel to come across SCP-6115 will begin to lose oxygen levels of 16 percent and lower, after 34 seconds of exposure to SCP-6115 they will begin screaming and moaning for approximately 42 seconds before disintegrating into a purple and black watery substance, classified as SCP-6115-1. When exposed to temperatures of 95 degrees Celsius or higher, SCP-6115-1 will begin to harden into a indestructible mass. any personnel wearing equipment near SCP-6115 are safe from effects for approximately 10 minutes, until there skin will begin to turn a shade of blue and red and eventually start to have the normal effects of SCP-6115. After 2 minutes, SCP-6115-1 will begin to shape itself into a tall faceless humanoid, humanoids range in sizes but appear to be a meter taller then the average male human. these humanoids have been classified as SCP-6115-2.
SCP-6115-2 appears to be passive aggressive, and will only attack personnel who are of a close distance. Upon contact, SCP-6115-2 will split its head in half and attempt to kill and consume personnel by swallowing the victim whole or strangulation, if SCP-6115-2 consumes any mass of meat or vegetation, it will grow 3 times its original size until it reproduces and shrinks back to its normal height. SCP-6115-2 appears to be indestructible and will only revert back to SCP-6115-1 if heavily damaged via fire. SCP-6115-2 appears not be sentient and does not require air to survive, if exposed to low temperatures of 10 degrees Celsius, SCP-6115 will begin to moan and melt back into SCP-6115-1 and begin to harden. After approximately 2 hours, SCP-6115-1 will crack and dissolve into clean air.

Addendum: As of 2019. Any attempts to dissolve SCP-6115-1 into clean air are permitted unless in contact with another instance of SCP-6115-1, spores will begin to grow out of thin air, if any personnel inhale spores, will appear to have the same anomalous effects of SCP-6115.
