Special Containment Procedures: SCP-5000 is kept in a jello-like substance inside a metal box. Human contact is limited.
In any case of containment breach, all foundation personnel hearing the sound called hecc must be isolated and others must put on special headsets until SCP-5000 is back in containment, or SCP-5000 is neutralized.
Description: SCP-5000 is a shape-shifting entity with various known disguises, its favourite known disguise is a packaged box with an upside down smiley face on it. though it is a shape-shifter it always has a type of thick skin layer that it uses as armour.
The inside of SCP-5000 is known to be empty, at the moment it is unknown how the SCP-5000 stays alive with no organs. SCP-5000 in its current form has no limbs but on rare occasions, the skin has been known to moult. The specimen has been known to make a rhythmic click before attacking with its sound.
SCP-5000 has also been known to lure in victims with what has been described as an angelic voice when victims are at their most vulnerable time. It kills the victim by emitting a sound known as hecc. Once organisms in the area the sound victims scream in pain and cover their ears. As they fall to the ground an unknown liquid material seeps from their ears. Though no longer living victims look to be in a zombie state where they attack any living being in sight. Though SCP-5000 is no longer active after putting in special containment, it has been found that personnel have suffered the fate of its awful song, see addendum for further notes on SCP-5000.
Addendum: The following event log details the contents of a video captured by the bodycam of one of the Foundation operatives investigating recent SCP-5000-related reports of attacks in Santa Barbra, CA after hearing a sound that was explained as angelic. All audio from the investigation was destroyed for the safety of the researchers.

Foreward: Foundation Officials investigating an area in Berlin after multiple citizens had multiple humans attacking others after having a medical episode. We gathered the people who reported the possible victims of SCP-5000 in separate interrogation rooms. We asked each witness whether the area in which the victims exposed themselves was isolated or in public, all of them but one said they had been sleeping and awoken to there partner screaming.
