SCP-001 is a non containable object that falls without the boundaries of any logical sense of the fundamental descriptive basis for the meaning and standing of the term "logic". Although SCP-001 is on an immeasurable scale of comprehension, containing it successfully can be achieved.
However, for a seemingly fluctuating time that does not shift.
The containment is held within the "infested" minds. However, conformation of the existence of this containment successfully prolonging is not available or even comprehensible in this time.
Description
Current Timeline evaluation indicates that SCP-001 has formed itself into a phenomenon that infests the emotional fear of particular people. This infestation shifts the individual into believing that in any reflective material is a face. This face is not determined however, as the confirmation of the face being of one singular form. Every time an evaluation of the face occurs, the distinctive features of the face will become different rapidly and will be subjected upon multiple times in an increasing rate as the conversation proceeds. Chunks of data in mental and computer memory will become non existent or will change depending on what the last evaluation of the face depicts. This evaluation also changes entire strips of time, as some changes in the evaluation can completely change the past or even the future. The evaluation does not just span singular conversations, as each depiction will be carried on to the next person to be conversed with on the subject. This has a 100% succession rate.
The face does not have a determined ferocity state, thus the object class "Indeterminable".
The face cannot and will not be assigned a SCP-001-X reference, as it is inappropriate for what the overall phenomenon is capable of.
SCP-001 can and has shifted the timeline for an immeasurable amount of time and sum. The phenomenon shapes the past, present and future to fit its needs. However, it is only known that SCP-001 uses this power to shift its appearance, description, time of entrance and time of foundation discovery. Although this is determined, all tests are strictly forbidden and all thoughts are strictly forbidden due to the possible shifting of major foundation fundamentals, needs and workings.
Dr Viktor Hemmings (after the employment as a representative of the dark council, located in the rocky lakes of hell.) reached out to his scientists about this phenomenon, stating that he saw it as a child throughout his entire life. When the many confirmed the somewhat similar experiences they encountered as children, Dr Hemmings was convinced to preach the dark council. The dark council investigated this, and found most of the information above. Sadly, a large amount of this information has been confiscated by the WFA under the dark council's order. The WFA is not willing to share the information of previous variations of the phenomenon for "incomprehensible reasons" and that they "don't exercise the fundamentals of this realities' physics and the fundamental descriptive basis for the meaning and standing of the term "physics".".
Notes: The dark council has stated its immunity to the shifts of the realm SCP personalle reside within. Instead, the realm of hell is under a completely different exercise of the term "physics". Dr Hemmings, (former WFA overseer and captain of the Luficer throne's guard) has stated that the dark council has decided to not investigate this any more. However WFA records of our realm's timeline's changes are being monitored and recorded for the rest of the Lucifer throne's reign, and or the extension of willing throne's afterwards.
Personal Notes: I have met Viktor. The foundation can learn alot from him. Although Mr. Hemmings does act and proceed with things differently, I like to think it's not the alteration of our realm's timeline. Maybe the guy is just weird. He does meet the devil every day so, who knows.
[This is an SCP-001 attempt, but if this is not worthy of such succession, I propose the term "SCP-5027" or one of the many left V series spaces. Preferably not the middle section.]
