Item #: SCP-XXXX
Object Class: Euclid
Special Containment Procedures: SCP-XXXX is to be kept in a 3m x 3m containment cell with an attached decontamination chamber and hazmat room to prevent any mass epidemic. During testing, a maximum of two Class-D personnel may enter the containment chamber wearing a full body hazmat suit, and may only take them off when instructed to by the Lead Researcher or the Mobile Task Force Unit in charge of supervising the test. When the Class-D test subjects contract SCP-XXXX, they are to be terminated and taken down to Site-49's bio-hazard sector of its morgue. After the autopsy is complete, the remains of the Class-D that contracted SCP-XXXX are to be packaged and put into a storage locker in Sector 5 of the facility for safety and further reaserch.
Description: SCP-XXXX is a bological contagion with a seemingly normal makup, with one exeption, a series of anomalous properties after death of the subject that contracted the contagion that SCP-XXXX carries. After death, the subject appears to begin burning, no matter the situation or climate. Burning continues for a period of about 15 minutes before subject falls to ashes. Material that coveres the subject has been tested and proved to be ash from the subject that contracted the virus, meaning that the skin of the subject, after contracting SCP-XXXX appears to burn its own skin in a cremation style. After the three minute cremation period the subject's ashes seem to just dissapear without a trace. No subject has been able to survive this process. On 12/05/████ a Class-D subject, D-5712 walked into SCP-XXXX's chamber and contracted the virus, but instead of creamating, the ash surrounded them like a cocoon. After the subject broke out of the shell he appeared to be covered in what was later confirmed as Plumbum (Lead) and was able to change the state of any metal from solid to liqid with a single touch. After an autopsy performed on D-5721 it appears that during the transformation stage, the genetic makeup of D-5712 was completely changed, adding three extra cytosine cells on each branch of DNA, which should kill the subject immediatly, exept for the fact that there is another extra thymine particle on every cytosine branch. More testing will continue to find a similar subject to perform live testing and utopsy on the subject.
