Special Containment Procedures: SCP-4421 is to be kept in a locked container at all times. Personnel should not be within 3 meters of SCP-4421 for longer than 15 minutes. SCP-4421 should be kept at site ██, under 24 hour surveillance, in a 4m x 4m x 2m room, covered in any soft material the foundation can find, to prevent self injury. No fewer than 2 security personnel are to be outside of SCP-4421's cell, but no less than 20 meters from the cell. Personnel with a level clearance under Level-4 are to be escorted out of the containment area.
Description: SCP-4421 is a humanoid creature, standing at approximately 180cm ( 5ft 11" ) in height, and weighing 103.7kg ( 220lbs ). Subject was found by NTF-███-A61, 15/3/201█. After exposing any living being to SCP-4421, SCP-4421 appears to "take an interest" in the subject ( Now referred to as SCP-4421-1 ), after 10 minutes, SCP-4421 will approach SCP-4421-1, and start to open its jaw up to ██ centimeters tall, almost as if it dislocates. SCP-4421 will then proceed to ████████ SCP-4421-1. No traces left of SCP-4421 2 hours after digestion starts. SCP-4421 does seem to prefer molesting, and torturing his victims before █████ them. SCP-4421 does not seem to have a cap on how much he can eat. Subject is to be fed 3 times a day and given medical marijuana to stop any rage from the subject. Subject prefers to be called Ryan, but is advised not to do so as SCP-4421 will enter a state of rage if mispronounced as "Ryab".
Addendum 4421-01: SCP-4421 has demanded the use of discord to talk to his foster family and friends he met on the internet. Access granted under heavy supervision of any information leakage.
Addendum 4421-02: SCP-4421 has shown major distress after not getting his daily dose of marijuana and cigarettes. Subject says he wants to stop using them as a way to "calm down" and instead just wants to make music.

Addendum 4421-04: It has been 5 weeks since 4421 had inhaled any marijuana or cigarette smoke, subject appears to be more calm, but the █████ of people still continues. Subject requests for girls age █-2█ to be consumed and ████████.

Access to SCP-4421 is currently denied and is awaiting re-clasification by Level-4 personnel.
